So sad to see an Eagle River staple take a turn. Growing up, this was the spot for quick, affordable but most importantly delicious food! The hamburger patties were small and dry, the fries tasted like fish, and the staff seemed annoyed that we were even there.

The wait was quite long, and unfortunately, our server did not appear enthusiastic about taking our order. When we asked for Mist soda, which was listed on the menu, she seemed unfamiliar with it and only recognised Starry, as it was available on the machine. After placing our order, we waited an additional 20 minutes—and we are still waiting. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and it’s not a place I would choose to return to.

Sad that a neat place like this is staffed by kids who are disrespectful and bothered when they have to break up their conversations to wait on customers. Literally had to ask if they were open after waiting at the window for several mins while they chatted. Then given 1/3 a cup of ice cream as apparent punishment for calling them out for ignoring their customers. Last visit unfortunately, please do better!!

I walk up I said HI she looked at me like I was from Mars didn’t say anything so I wouldn’t say anything until she acknowledged me with a floppy wave I then reluctantly ordered I thought maybe she’s mute or deaf but when she rung up my purchase she had to say how much it was I thought she might die right there for having to speak DO better Hire better pay more whatever you have to do before nobody ever comes back! Cash or check only. ATM fee $2.50. Does not accept Pay Pal, Venmo, etc. Pizza cold because address was wrong and I had to go back to the house for my ATM card. Cost me about 30 minutes. No acknowledgement for the trouble, and the address being wrong was noted but dismissed as my problem.We will warm up the pizza in the oven. Heard it was great.
