1/22/26 would have been good if you would have let it cook all the way afraid to ask for well done. Tasted like it’s been pre sauce and cheese and sat all evening
Wow they just screwed me out of topping. Trying to find a good pizza place to eat and companies hire the most incompetent people on planet earth. GUESS IF I WANT GOOD PIZZA KING I WILL HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE SOUTHSIDE OF INDIANAPOLIS BECAUSE THE GEHTTO CANNOT MAKE PIZZA

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza, as someone who is a huge fan of pizza king since I was a kid, this was not pizza king. This pizza was a knock off poor excuse for a frozen pizza. I’ve had $3 frozen pizzas that tasted better than whatever sad excuse that floppy thing was. Foul. Maybe don’t brand yourselves as the king if you are going to sit on that thrown of lies, those bread sticks were definitely from Meijer. lol

The deluxe (supreme) pizza barely had any toppings. If I’m craving pizza king I will drive 35 minutes to Mooresville instead of walking 5 minutes down the street to the broad ripple location. I included a picture of each of my most recent pizzas from both locations. The difference is obvious.

Alright, y’all. I grew up on the pizza king in Newcastle, which is top tier. I was hesitant on trying this pizza king based on the reviews, but I wanted pizza, and I wasn’t about to drive an hour east for it.
I can honestly say that this pizza didn’t disappoint. It was cooked perfectly and the toppings were plentiful, as you can see in my picture. I guess the place took the reviews seriously because this is a major improvement from some of the pizza pictures I saw posted. I’ll have to go back next month and see if the quality is consistent, but I was happy tonight!

I’ve been to two Pizza Kings that were in Indianapolis area. Both of them just weren’t as good as you find in the small towns. They lack the toppings that the small town Pizza Kings have. The one in broad ripple tasted a little different like it had a different sauce it just wasn’t as good. If you’re looking for Pizza King I would wait until you go to a small town to get one.
Update: I just went back this afternoon after 3 months. It was worse than it was before. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. This is not hyperbole. I got a double sausage Pizza King pizza. Anyone that knows Pizza King knows that should be slamming. But it wasn’t. Flavorless disgusting mushy awful. I spent $21 when I could have spent $3 and got a microwave pizza that would have been better. Don’t waste your money Go to Domino’s, Little Caesars or hell anywhere else but here. There’s no way they’re using Pizza King ingredients on these pizzas. it’s impossible.

I don’t post bad reviews unless its sarned. As a lifetime Pizza King patron, this atrocity of a ‘faux pizza king’ brings shame to the true pizza king legacy. If you want to try pizza king in its real glory– Muncie is a 45 minute drive. Horrible town, great pizza. Make sure to try REAL pizza king breadsticks when you go.
Whoever owns this, go get recipes and advice from those small locations. This was not good. Its missing the spices I expect from Pizza King. Just change your name to ‘sir pizza’ the generic Pizza King knock off.
*I did not come to the location. I have no idea about the store to give an opinion.

Sadly, this Pizza King location doesn’t live up to the standard or reputation of other locations. Our sausage and pepperoni pie was dry and overcooked—more an amateurish attempt at Pizza King than an authentic one. We would have sent it back, but frankly, the Pizza King staff didn’t seem to care much about anything. Adding insult to injury, this location isn’t really a Pizza King restaurant. It’s a college bar that just happens to have a Pizza King attached to it—in other words, it’s more about the drinks than the pizza. On the positive, the mocktails we ordered were good, and the bartender was friendly. Still, we won’t be back.

The pizza taste nothing like The Original Pizza King. It’s like they paid for the name, but not the recipes. A Huge Dissapointment. Don’t waste your money here and go in person to an Actual Puzza King Restaurant. For Example the Southside on Bluff Road with the fun atmosphere of the Train Bar & the Original mouth watering recipes. It’s So worth the drive.

I saw a pizza that was basically inedible. It was a remade pizza because the first one was too burnt. I’d suggest traveling a few miles north to Carmel where they focus on pizza and not bar tabs.

I’m from Muncie and I was excited I had a Pizza King near me.
Got the pizza and it was not really what I expected. I ended up figuring out the problem was it needed cooked a bit longer. I thru it in the oven for about 10 minutes. That extra 10 minutes brought the flavor of the ingredients out and it tasted just like the ones in Muncie.
