DQ is one of our favorite places. Menue is predictable. This particular one, however, while it was OK, the food particularly the ice cream seemed a little off. The tray in the drink dispenser needed attention. Staff was pleasant. It’s just that nothing beats your hometown location

Arie I hope I spelled it right went out of her way to help me do a very special order for my daughter. She took her time had all the right answers and said Christen who is the decorator was the best and will not dissapoint! This was all last minute and she made it happen!! Very professional and definitely a people person. The crew held it down and took orders while she had me pull up and came out to my car with clipboard in HAND!! HOW AWESOME WAS THAT!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD FOR THIS DARIY QUEEN AND THE CREW!!! I will add photos upon pick up.

We visited this DQ on our way to Cleveland after stopping at a little beach for a few hours. I love DQ – had a grilled cheese sandwich and a cotton candy blizzard. Service was fast and the store was clean. The employees were nice.

We came in about 9:30pm, so a little before closing…don’t think they were thrilled to see our group… BUT the lobby smelled amazingly clean, and our orders were served within a reasonable time. (a little melted but we didn’t care) We didn’t stay inside, but the patio is a bit small. Handicapped ramp is horribly placed near the exit of the drive-though, not the parking area. Overall, the blizzards & smoothie was delicious, but definitely relocate the ramp

Has been a favorite for over 30 years. But today wasn’t a good day. My burger was cool as we’re the French fries. The 3 piece chicken tender $7 meal strips were cool also. The pop was good as well as the sundae. Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Not used to that from this location. What’s happened. All the interior was very sterile, n I t warm and welcoming. Seemed they may be redecorating so that may have been the interior issues. I don’t usually rate places but this was so disappointing for us.

My family had such a great birthday party for Grandson Connor at DQ Huron today! We were greeted with a reserved section and birthday balloons! We had a great hamburger and chicken tenders lunch, followed by a very pretty DQ personalized birthday cake and, of course song and presents for our first grader and his brother Cooper. The staff was so accommodating–they delivered our food and cake, and the owner and talented cake lady joined us for check ins to assure we were having the fun we had planned. So glad we chose DQ Huron for a special day–we even shared our cake with another small visitor who sat nearby. (Very reasonable prices, too.) We will do this again! Thanks DQ!
