The bistro french onion soup was a mix of grease and water. I know it’s an onion soup but the amount of onion in it was extreme. The southwest chicken melt was delicious and i loved how it had the right amount of cilantro! The chips are great.

Will keep editing review as i try new items. Recently tried their cherry pastry and it was delicious with the right amount of sugar(not too sweet).

The stars are for the ladies who made good food. Everything else was horrible.

Title: “Discriminatory Service – Refused to Sell Fresh Product, Treated Child Poorly”
Review:
“We visited on [DATE] at approximately 5:33 PM. While the ladies in the kitchen made great food, the service from the front staff was shockingly poor and felt discriminatory.
What happened:
My child wanted a chocolate croissant, but the app showed it as “sold out.” However, when we arrived, there was a FULL TRAY of fresh chocolate croissants that had just come out – clearly visible in the bakery display case.
When my child got excited and asked for one, the guy working the front (wearing a wool hat and glasses) and the cashier flat-out refused to sell us one. Their excuse? “It’s all for tomorrow.”
Why this is unacceptable:

If items are not for sale, don’t display them where customers (especially children) can see them
You don’t tease a child by showing fresh product you refuse to sell
The app showed “sold out” but there was clearly fresh inventory – why lie?
Their attitude was mean and dismissive

This felt discriminatory. I have to wonder – would they have refused other customers the same way? The experience left us feeling played like fools and genuinely disrespected.
If you’re going to bake fresh items “for tomorrow,” keep them in the back until tomorrow. Don’t display them to customers you have no intention of serving. The way they treated my child was particularly cruel.
I cannot recommend this business based on how we were treated.”

This Panera Bread is a pretty great place to eat. It also is a great place to have a small business meeting as it seems to have been designed with spaces for this.

Will text you when your food is done so you don’t need to wait at the counter for it. The food is always great. Parking is in a Shopping Plaza parking lot so there’s plenty of that.

This is a nice and clean restaurant which is one of our favorites.

Panera should be ASHAMED of themselves. THE WORST SANDWICH EVER!!! The first picture is the sandwich, which is on their website. The 2nd picture is what I got to go for $9.62. When I got back to work, I had to turn around and take that NASTY, DISGUSTING, WILTED piece of so-called sandwich back for a refund. This was my 2nd time at a Panera Bread and DEFINITELY my last. The manager claimed they have to portion everything out. I’m sticking with my Subway and Jersey Mikes!

Sandwiches are usually good, but the salads are horrible why do I have brown lettuce and gristle chicken in my salad today?! Do better, especially for the prices you charge

Perfect spot for those who enjoy a tasty and affordable lunch. I love this chain for its delicious soups and great sandwiches. Unfortunately, the service has been slowly declining — the dining areas are becoming less tidy, and the staff less attentive.

Clean dine-in, bathroom too. Downside the quality of the food for the price. My wife ordered a salad the lettuce and cucumber were frozen and brown. Plus we ordered chicken and it was missing.

Friendly staff and clean cafe.

The water for the tea wasn’t hot. I pop in to paneras often as a sip club member and often the water for tea is not hot, but this place also only had one tea option: black.

The Republic of Tea has AMAZING teas. Chamomile and mint are common and good. Can I recommend an herbal (and one that isn’t the Panera go-to of citrus with ginger and mint , as that combo is disgusting. You should have one normal herbal tea).

Dandelion with vanilla is my fav of the brand you sell.
