Didn’t really like their pepperoni thin crust. There’s really no flavor in the sauce and they barely put any sauce on the pizza to begin with. It was like eating a bread stick with with cheese and pepperoni. I’m not saying it was horrible it just wasn’t for me. Next time I’ll order something different from donatos. Hopefully I’ll end up liking something they serve.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had pizza this disgusting. The cheese bread was even worse. Took one bite and threw it away. Tiniest pizza I’ve ever seen it was like a dixie dessert plate small. The crust was like cardboard. Worst part is I got it from DoorDash so I got hosed on the price plus a tip. I’ve had some horrendous pizza but this truly was worse than even hunts at a gas station. A piece of cardboard with sauce on it. Speaking of sauce the sauce is so bad that it’s offensive. The way that I feel ripped off right now is an understatement. Just nasty crust the cheese on the cheese bread could’ve been mistaken for plastic. Just ewwwww

Wheelchair accesible ( curb cut is in canter of plaza between altered distillery and Donatos ) manual entry door , clean sanitary , no pandemic precautions except copious amounts of hand sanitizer . No WiFi detected , very friendly hospitable staff , indoor and outdoor seating , in APP or in person ordering, has high chairs and both hi & low seating tables . Well lit ,ordered a personal 7 inch pizza with sausage and pineapple to go ,took it back to sit and watch a child playing in the water fountain well waiting for my ride home , from ordering to eating was about 14 minutes , hot fresh crispy as advertised “Edge to edge “ toppings , this was my first experience with Donatos and they impressed me .the sauce was a little more on the sweet side then I am used to but was enjoyable the sausage crumbles could have used a touch more spice , I like my pizza a balance of salty spicy sweet this for my taste was sweeter overall and less spicy than I would typically go for ,that said for a quick lunch from a franchise I enjoyed it and the price was around $8 which isn’t bad these days . Overall I would eat it again ( maybe put a bit of Melinda’s ghost pepper steak sauce to spice it up )

Only pizza place open after 10 in Erie and we’re so glad it was! Delicious pizza – great service – quick order on the app. Got a cheese and pep pizza and a chicken, spinach, tomato pizza. SO GOOD. 5 stars!

The pizza here is not bad but not my style, sweet more than robust? … if you’re in the area, it’s worth a try. I did enjoy the calzone more than the pizza. Staff was super nice, limited seating indoors and out, plenty of parking in the plaza.

We got a Pizza, Bread sticks, the Calzatos, and the dessert bread and everything was delicious!

Our family lives in Erie and got takeout here a few months ago. (They eat here very often) We loved it so much we decided to stop in on our way home after a visit with them this past Saturday. (11-13-21) The employees were nice and friendly. The shop was not busy so our food was made quickly. We stopped in the wonderful bookstore next door while waiting. My husband loved his pizza. Mine was very good, but I was not crazy about the crust. It was fine because I took a chance on a vegan pie with Greek toppings. The rest of the pizza was absolutely delicious, but I will order a regular crust next time. It was just a consistency/texture thing. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. The salad we had last time with our family was amazing (chicken-bacon-cranberries-blue cheese)

Phoned in order for delivery. We’d night before Thanksgiving. Got our large, thin crust pepperoni in 40 minutes. Crisp crust. Warm not sizzling hot. Tons of pepperoni. Bizarre slicing approach. Not pie shaped pices but random cuts creating pieces of 2 bite size. Didn’t affect taste. Probably convenient for party groups. No complaints at all.

The most delicious & unusual offerings. We fell in love with the Hot Chicken Pickle Pizza a few years ago while I accompanied my husband in Dublin, Ohio, on a business trip. Hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had!
Just recently we were on a business trip in Erie, PA, staying at the Bayfront Marriott. Rather than choosing from a vast array of very popular restaurants surrounding the hotel, we chose take out from Donatos! I could have ordered online but chose to call to order to make sure I was ordering exactly the pizza we loved. There were several locations in Erie. The closest to the Bayfront hotels was only 2 miles away. Upon calling, a very cheery sounding guy answered. I told him how psyched I was there was Donato’s in Erie & it had been almost two years since I had the hot chicken pizza. He was very helpful & confirmed that no changes were made to the hot chicken pizza. He was so friendly that he kindly told me he would personally make sure it was extra perfect! FIVE star customer service! My husband arrived back at the hotel with the most delicious pizza that was just as perfect as it was two years ago! We live about about 1 &1/2 hours south of Erie. A distance we will gladly be driving very soon to enjoy Donatos offerings! Although we love the hot chicken pickle pizza, we just might have to give the other pizza’s a chance! Yum!
