This is a great place to have a little bit of a choice between burritos and tacos. I had fantastic tacos and a nice birthday treat and the staff are very nice. It’s a nice looking restaurant in worth the visit

Simple menu. Welcoming atmosphere. Associates were helpful and fast, assembling my order.
Compared to Taco Bell, waaaay better. Compared to the other national chain offering a similar Mexican style experience, the food isn’t as good.
What Burrachos lacks in flavor town, they make up in dinning experience, clean and environment sit down experience, condiment section is clean. Finally, not seeing garbage cans not spilling onto the floor. The back of the house looks clean and organized. You know what that means? Your food is going to be clean.
Food portion sizes is what you are paying. You get more than enough to fill you up and feel happy and satisfied. I’ll spend my money at Burrachos because of the total experience. A clean experience means a happy experience from the time I walk in and when the food finally leaves my digestive system.

Food is good. 7 guys standing around & the dining room is filthy! Garbage cans full. Tables full of food left over from past dinners. We “used” to come here all the time. I think this is the last. Last 5 or 6 times we had the same experience. Good food, messy place to eat.
The dining room has been lacking for the past several visits. There is an older gentleman that has been taking care of things. I understand that having someone willing to work is great in today’s atmosphere. However, when he is there, he is extremely slow and not efficient. He can’t or doesn’t keep up with the table turns. Each time we have been in the restaurant, we have to clean our own table if we want a clean place to sit.
The only fix to this is to change the culture within the restaurant. They need to care more than they do. The only way to do that is leadership setting the bar by example. Connecting to me to resolve the issue isn’t something I can help with, that is your managers responsibility and job. That’s why you have a manager.

It’s like Qdoba or Chipotle but less topping options and a bit higher priced. I hada chicken burrito bowl and it was pretty bland. $5 for chips and queso, which is not a sauce, literally melted cheese that is solidifying as you try to eat. Would I come back for a second go? No. Lots of options for lunch in this area.
