Compared to Taco Bell, waaaay better. Compared to the other national chain offering a similar Mexican style experience, the food isn’t as good.
What Burrachos lacks in flavor town, they make up in dinning experience, clean and environment sit down experience, condiment section is clean. Finally, not seeing garbage cans not spilling onto the floor. The back of the house looks clean and organized. You know what that means? Your food is going to be clean.
Food portion sizes is what you are paying. You get more than enough to fill you up and feel happy and satisfied. I’ll spend my money at Burrachos because of the total experience. A clean experience means a happy experience from the time I walk in and when the food finally leaves my digestive system.
The dining room has been lacking for the past several visits. There is an older gentleman that has been taking care of things. I understand that having someone willing to work is great in today’s atmosphere. However, when he is there, he is extremely slow and not efficient. He can’t or doesn’t keep up with the table turns. Each time we have been in the restaurant, we have to clean our own table if we want a clean place to sit.
The only fix to this is to change the culture within the restaurant. They need to care more than they do. The only way to do that is leadership setting the bar by example. Connecting to me to resolve the issue isn’t something I can help with, that is your managers responsibility and job. That’s why you have a manager.
