This is my go to store but the last 3 times I’ve been there the drinks were not made well. I always order a quad shot iced espresso with a splash of cream. Seems like there is more than a splash of cream and i ordered extra whipped cream which I did not get and also espresso Shots with cream are not mixed.

Terrible Service & Misleading Promotion
I’m a daily Starbucks customer, and this was an awful experience. Starbucks advertised a deal: buy any hot or iced drink and get one free. At the drive-through, staff told me I could only take a free drink of their choice, which is NOT what the deal says.
They also messed up my paid order — I ordered a regular Iced Matcha Latte and they made a Dubai Chocolate Matcha instead. After handing me a drink, they took it back, even though Starbucks policy clearly says drinks should not be taken back once a customer has touched them.
I waited 10–15 minutes, got the wrong drink, a forced “free” drink that was undrinkable, and zero accountability. If you’re going to run promotions, train your staff and make the drinks correctly.

I have been having a tough time for quite a while now. I spend alot of time feeling hopeless and depressed. Today when I got my Starbucks drink in the drive thru there was a message written on my cup in marker. “Have a good day” and a smiley face drawn. It sounds ridiculous or cheesy but I almost cried driving away. Im sure they write this on all the cups in advance but the thought that someone took the time at all really touched me. No other Starbucks has ever done this for me ever. It shows alot of human decency and love. Not to mention the drink was exactly as I ordered and I waited all of 15 seconds between ordering paying and receiving my drink. I dont write alot of reviews but I thought they should recieve some well deserved praise. Thank you guys and God bless

i never an i mean never had an issue with this store. they ask for my name and i would appreciate if they spell it correctly i know it’s stupid reason to get upset but if they want to put my name in it please have them ask how to spell your name your paying good money for these drinks. it’s embarrassing when they can spell your own name right.

Cool place to visit. Coffee is good, food is fair. More upscale options than you would typically get at a normal Starbucks, but everything is premade and heat it up her order. My avocado toast was good but cold. The espresso martinis were surprisingly not great. Tried all four with a group of friends, and unanimously said they were not as good as expected, and not worth the money (at $20 each + tip). If looking for alcohol options, would recommend the bourbon cold brew. Overall, worth stopping and seeing if you’re a Starbucks lover, but be mindful the prices are expensive for what you get.

Beyond awesome, not only did I find another prize of a new cup, but also the barista who took my order was very helpful delineating the most caffeinated drink which of course I had to have with peppermint and crowned by whipped cream and curls of chocolate. Then she even let me snap some photos so I can post it on social media! I love Starbucks!!! Mutually admiring one another’s holiday attire, we traded on favorite Christmas movies until now I’m gonna lend her my Family Stone dvd! Have you ever had such fun?! You’ve just got to come!

The Starbucks store in Promenade Bolingbrook IL is a pleasant spot with a spacious layout, friendly staff, and convenient proximity to the mall. It’s a great place to grab coffee, though parking can be a bit challenging, especially on weekends.
