This is a great Wendys property. The restaurant was clean. The manager and staff were very professional and courteous. The manager on duty was skilled in high quality customer service. The food came very quickly exactly as ordered. Everything was delicious to Wendys standard. The crew seemed fairly busy yet happy and friendly.

Not a bad Wendy’s. However, they are not very good at getting your order correct all the time. They overcharged me by imputing a combo when I did not want it and giving extra fries that I paided for when I just ordered a sandwich and fries.

Mobile order, I was short 1 sandwich. The shift manager told me to bring the bag back in, I went to my car, had my wife stop eating and put the food back in the bag. The shift mngr. Stated that she packed it herself and she new it was right. After proving to her that she was wrong she was very rude, did not apologize. I am very disgusted with this transaction. She at least could have said “That’s my mistake, I apologize”. But all I got was a very rude “HAVE A NICE DAY”

Fresh but they skimped out on my bacon this visit 10/2/22 I ordered a side order of bacon , which is three strips, I got three 2 inch pieces. They normal give me three full size strips. Not happy Wendy’s!

I always love N.V. Wendy’s. My favorite is the #6 with a medium chocolate frosty. However, they’ve got a lot of goodies to choose from. The foods are always fresh. More so on the first shift. And I believe that’s because first shirt is older people who put more effort into good customer service and food quality. vs. second shift, that’s more so younger kids that’s been at school all day and tired and just want to be at home instead of at work. Which I don’t blame them. And I’m not saying they do a horrible job they just are your average teens these days and their work ethics. Lol, Go team N.V Wendy’s!

The breakfast sausage is ALWAYS dry and cold and the other food, regardless of it being breakfast or anything after lunch is usually luke warm at best and the staff are rude. The prices are so high that without my senior discount, it would be difficult to eat there more frequently.

Gotten a combo meal and sandwich 2 cups of chili with cheese and onion. Spent over $37.00 fries was cold the rest Not bad just ok. People are spending a lot of money on fast food so people let’s get the orders correct with napkins and utensils if needed.. Wendy’s your better than some but remember others are still wanting the customers to come to their restaurant’s .
