Food was standard, but service and experience were disappointing. I walked in for a simple salad with queso, but the cashier was told I added rice—which I never did. When I corrected her, there was quite a bit of back and forth and then she said, “I’m going to let you slide this time, but I’m not going to argue over a tiny bit of rice,” and I was almost charged $2 for it.
The women staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and inattentive, and the environment felt poorly maintained.
Please note: always check your receipt, as they may charge you for items you didn’t order. One staff member did correct the mistake(not the cashier ), but overall this location is subpar.
ALSO POINT OUT THE RICE???? I only have shredded Cheese

Most horrible experience ever dining in at qdoba. The staff was so rude and had such a nonchalant attitude like they didn’t care. The lady started having an attitude because I asked for pico de gallo on the side at the end. The place is so dirty and never cleaned even where they serve the food it’s so sloppy and disgusting. Either way I threw out my food because mid set of me eating it I almost threw up. When the service is bad, and place is dirty nothing goes right. Please train these kids better.

This is the cleanest nicest and most wonderful Qdoba I’ve ever been to. The workers are very pleasant and helpful and are more than happy to assist you with anything you need. It is very apparent that they are a very clean establishment and they value cleanliness. You should come here because their food is absolutely delicious and the best I’ve had ever in my life so I definitely recommend.
