The flavors are all deep and mellow allowing you to slowly enjoy the food. The balance means you’re never rushing, and the wines fit the food. I almost forgot the bruschetta and the tartare are also fantastic.
Highly recommend, everyone else knows about the place so you probably need a reservation or to go on an off-peak time.
Service is equally impressive: attentive, friendly, and not rushed. The food, though, is what truly steals the show. Every dish we tried easily deserves more than five stars. The pasta sauces were rich, balanced, and full of flavor, the kind that makes you slow down just to savor every bite.
And the desserts… outstanding. The award-winning chocolate mousse absolutely lives up to its reputation: decadent, silky, and truly unforgettable. The cranberry sauce with chocolate mousse was the only thing that I didn’t like.
A truly wonderful dining experience from start to finish.
I have a new favorite go to!
The sound level was above average just because of the close quarters but I was still able to have a conversation with my friends without an issue, just a raised voice.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is craving some pasta or some other Italian food as the food is a blast of flavor!
The dining room is arranged efficiently, making it suitable for both small groups and couples.
We enjoyed the short rib pasta and the ziti with vodka sauce and buffala.
Definitely make a reservation
Taverna Di Bacco, This family-owned and operated restaurant radiates warmth, authenticity, and a kind of old-world charm that’s increasingly rare to find. The ambience is beautifully curated: cozy, intimate, and filled with the quiet hum of conversation and laughter, like a long-lost Italian village tucked into the heart of the city.
What truly elevates the experience, though, is the service—especially from Keira, our waitress for the evening. She was a ray of sunshine: attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without pretense, and genuinely kind in a way that made us feel like honored guests in a beloved family home. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her passion for the menu and the story behind the restaurant was contagious.
The food? Outstanding. Every dish came out perfectly timed, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, clearly crafted with love and tradition. Thank you Manuel!!!
Dining at Taverna Di Bacco isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. A family legacy served with heart, where guests are treated like family. We can’t wait to return.
