I had a really good meal from here. Sonic is cheap fast-food, but honestly, it was really good for fast food lol. I got the Double Smasher Burger with Tater Tots and it was warm and flavorful. I would order from this Sonic location again.

My experience at this franchised Sonic location was not only appalling, and frustrating, it was deeply disappointing. As someone who has frequented many Sonic restaurants and typically enjoys the quality of both food and service, this visit was not only unacceptable but also damaging to the integrity of your brand.

I was initially served food that was clearly past its prime — particularly the fries, which were stale, cold, and inedible. My order was incorrect on multiple occasions, demonstrating a troubling lack of care or quality control. Wanting to give the store a chance to correct the issue, I drove back to the location to speak with a manager directly. Unfortunately, what transpired next only worsened the experience.

I addressed my concerns with the person identified as the General Manager, Barbie. While I calmly explained the issue, she stood silently, visibly annoyed, and uninterested — offering no apology, acknowledgment, or professionalism. While I waited for my order to be remade, I observed her go behind the window and spend the entire time glued to her phone. At no point did she check on the food, engage with staff to ensure it was being corrected properly, or show even the most basic level of customer service.

When I received the replacement fries, they were somehow even worse than the original batch. It was clear they had simply been re-fried rather than freshly prepared. They were dry, tough, and incredibly hard — like biting into overcooked croutons. I was stunned that any restaurant would consider this an acceptable response to a customer complaint.

I later called the location to speak to the same manager, only to be met with further attitude and dishonesty. She claimed to have personally watched the cook drop fresh fries — a claim that was clearly false based on the quality of what I received. When I calmly pointed out the poor handling of the situation and asked for the owner’s contact information, she refused, stated she was the General Manager, and then abruptly hung up on me.

This experience was disgraceful from start to finish. The food quality was unacceptable, the service was negligent, and the management was completely unprofessional. I urge you to investigate this location and take appropriate corrective action. This franchise does not uphold the standards your loyal customers expect and deserve from the Sonic brand.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this location. Barbie the “general manager” will make you lose your faith in humanity and customer service!

Edit from about a week later, not only does it seem like management doesn’t care, but the employees don’t seem to care either. My girlfriend had gone about 2 days ago, got two twisted flamingo drinks. During happy hour mind you. Anyways, they were wrong. Don’t know how cause it’s pretty basic but wrong. She went again today around 315, happy hour. Order the twisted flamingo and when she got to the window was charged full cost, “isn’t it happy hour?” She asked. Yes, but it doesn’t cover specialty drinks and that was about it. Your worker was wrong. Also, they messed it up again. Now for management, do you not see all the crap reviews you have over the past six months? Yea I usually only leave reviews for crap service. But your team sucks, really. I mean look at the picture of the mozzarella sticks, that’s either a lack of intelligence to let them get that bad and still give to a customer or just a disregard for caring for the customer as well as owner/management.

went to go get some breakfast burritos and brought my dog with me. they nicely gave us a pup cup but the plastic tip from the whipped cream bag was in the bottom of the cup. thankfully she didn’t eat it. very disappointed. i have a photo if needed.

Waited a long time for our order to be taken. Waited a long time for our order to be brought out. After 30 minutes, with no food, we asked for a refund, that is when the supervisor got rude. She didn’t want to issue a refund! Which was the cherry on top of a horrible experience.

all we ordered was a cheesy baja chicken wrap and unfortunately we started eating nearly all of it before realizing the chicken was completely RAW.
me and my brother decided to just throw it up and go back for compensation but this is extremely concerning, especially for us because my brother has MS and is immune compromised. we’re just really disgusted and frustrated.
the staff were really understanding which was nice and let us choose anything for comp, but we are never coming back.
unfortunately, this is not even our first grievance with this location but definitely our last straw.

Food Delivery: So i reached this location for a pick up order. I always check if it’s closed. I saw 2 workers get out behind my car and get onto a car. “Maybe other’s are still in the restaurant.” Nope, the store was completely empty. I know some are frustrated and want to leave but why didn’t they tell me they closed? The saw my car waiting, they were 1 foot away from my car. Nope, they just left, didn’t tell me anything.

Today I came here to order the Southwest queso Crunch burrito, and what I got was too small chicken nuggets wrapped in the tortilla. I went to the window and returned it and got nearly the same thing back in return. Again I said this is not what I ordered so they brought me yet a third burrito, and it was a bacon burrito instead. Once again I said what is going on in your kitchen? And the man at the window said it’s the kids in the back. I finally got the burrito I ordered, or something closer to what i ordered and it looked like the tortilla was simply wrinkled up and wadded into a ball with chicken inside. I don’t know what’s wrong with their crew tonight, it’s only 7:00 on a Friday night, but apparently they don’t appreciate the job they have and management needs to be aware of this. Please hire people who follow the rules and prepare the food accordingly.

Overall the experience was good however, be careful sometimes their drinks are not what you ordered, for example, I ordered a large Dr. Pepper with sweet cream but the drink they brought tasted like a mix between old hotdog water and fluid that was sitting at the bottom of a waffle house dumpster… just saying… now, I will say they fixed it and I was happy for that… so good times
