Waited for 20 minutes for 1 salmon bowl, edamame, and crab ragoons. A guy who ordered a double protein bowl after me got his food within 10 minutes. When I checked the status of my order they said it was the next one up. Shortly after they called my name and said that they had dropped my food and would need to re make it which would take 7-8 minutes. I was standing in the restaurant for over 30 minutes. The flavor of the food was ok but the experience is the reason for the review.

Tried for the first time and ordered a regular salmon bowl and a large spicy chicken bowl with noodles. If the bowl we got is a “large” I would hate to see what a small is! The noodles which cost extra had zero flavor and tasted dry/stale like day old if anything. The chicken although extremely small for price tasted ok although nothing special. The salmon bowl to put plainly was very mediocre. Overall for the price and quality, definitely wasn’t worth it.

Came in today for a Large Katsu Bowl. It was fantastic! The young lady upfront with glasses was professional and energetic. I loved the service, atmosphere and food. The manager even came around and asked how everything was and showed how much they care and their customers. Can’t wait to go again.

I always order the junior chicken teriyaki bowl (it has what appears to be the same amount of chicken but less rice). I love it with the brown rice and a couple of egg rolls which are also delicious.

We were so pleasantly thrilled with Teriyaki Madness. There was a group of 13 of us that came in around 7PM and they were so wonderful with us! The owner was in ( I should have gotten her name!) she took our order patiently, taking time to explain things to us, and she was just a joy to speak with. Our food came out timely and everyone was SO happy with what we had ordered. The employee serving us was kind and happy to help us. No one had any complaints from ages 1-73. The owner came out and gave my father sincere acknowledgment of his service in the military as well.
I give this place a 10 out of 10 and we will absolutely be back!

Gluten Free delicious tasting choices. This is my 3rd time to order the teriyaki chicken with brown rice and veggies. The chicken in this order had more fat than my last two orders but was still flavorful, tender and generous portions. The brown rice was excellent as usual. The vegetables were good with the exception of the broccoli which tasted a bit odd, like the oil used was possibly old, but all the other veggies were flavorful. The Teriyaki sauce is Gluten Free and the best tasting I’ve had.

We are so happy to have a new good restaurant that isn’t fast food and has options for our family! We went in for the first time during the opening week and sat inside with our kids and friends. The wait was a little long, but to be expected as they were still training. The food was great! The staff was pleasant and helpful. I have some food allergies and usually try to plan ahead, but since I hadn’t been here before I had to ask the girl who was taking our order about some ingredients. She immediately answered the questions I had and the ones she didn’t know she asked the manager and the brought out there allergy information to double check and confirm. I really appreciated that! I can tell they care about their customers experience and tried to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy our dinner! Since then we have had take out and the food was good and consistent .

Wait time wasn’t the best, and the service was lackluster. I didn’t feel valued at all both as a customer or as a fellow foodie. The space was alright but you could tell the place wasn’t cleaned often enough, and the food was over or undercooked. Would not recommend unless you’re coming solo, and even then, other locations serve faster and fresher.

Simple 3 bowl orders take upwards of 45 minutes to be served, and it’s even worse if you order online with DoorDash or UberEats. Other locations might be better, but the star location is an absolute sham.
