Excellent food truck! We got the coconut shrimp and garlic shrimp. The coconut shrimp was fairly typical (but delicious). The person taking our order recommended the garlic shrimp over the garlic butter shrimp, and we’re glad we listened. It was AMAZING! We would definitely eat it again… maybe every day.

We only had the spam musubi. Definitely very good and satisfying, but not that best since the slices of spam were pretty thin relative to the sushi rice. My brother had the garlic shrimp plate though and the sounds very delicious. He was definitely happy with it, so maybe we should have also had that (since it’s in the name)….

Food Truck serving some delicious shrimp, pork & also spam musubi. The garlic shrimp is a bit hot with garlic (it was delicious, but just an fyi) and the coconut shrimp delicious also (the dipping sauce!). We walked over from our condo. A great option when you don’t want to go far to grab a bite. We took it back to our condo and ate it, as it was a rainy day and the seating is minimal there.

Ohmygoodness this might take it for the best meal we’ve had on Kauai across two week-long trips! Definitely a hidden gem. Please do yourself a favor and check this out!! There’s a nice shaded picnic area with large benched tables to enjoy your food as soon as it comes up.

We absolutely loved the food we got from Shrimp Paradise! My husband ordered the garlic buttered shrimp plate and paid the $2 extra to have them peeled and is still talking about how good it was. I got the kahlua pork plate and shared with our 5 year old and he loved it as much as I did. 100% recommend!

We got the crab won tons and they were so light and flavorful. My friends got the coconut shrimp tacos and said they were delicious.
