My mother doesn’t eat pork and ordered a calzone with no pepperoni. They gave her the order and she left only to find out it’s pepperoni in her and my brother calzone mind you he had already ate half of his in the car. My mom upset drove back to hungry howies to get her money back he then tells her to take her calzone off the counter and went back and forth with her and finally gave her the refund and stated she shouldn’t come back to the store! So unprofessional and made my brother sick who also doesn’t eat pork no apologies just nasty attitude and actually told my mother to not come back and my mom is so kind. Please don’t eat here! I’m so upset they treated her that way after messing up her order!

Terrible. Been here several times and bit my tounge hoping next time would be better. Finally had enough of the bad service. Walked in and told the guy at the counter my name. He said it would be right up. Waited in the waiting area and watched my pizza get finished. Waited for 20 minutes while employees talked to friends and ignored us after telling us our order will be right up. They were not busy, the only other person was one employees friend. We only got noticed because another customer walked in and a woman said have you been helped? Seriously? You didn’t see us standing there even though you looked right at us several times? Look at the picture, does that even look appetizing? Will not be back and will tell others to do the same. Waste of time and money.

This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I placed an online order, to which because they outsourced their delivery to door dash, delivered the wrong order to my house. When I called to request the order be fixed the VERY RUDE young lady who answered the phone, offered no aid to resolve the issue and hung up on me and then answered and hung up on me again before I could ask to speak to the manager. When I got through the 3rd time the “manager” only offered that I bring the wrong order in to retrieve my order.
This is the worst food and customer experience I have ever received and Will not be back nor be recommending to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this location for a good 15 years. The food and service was ALWAYS excellent but recently it’s been real hit or miss with the food. Each time I have an issue, I stop patronizing for months and STILL have an issue when I return! Staff is friendly when they aren’t playing around too much. It seems as if they make the food carelessly. Over the years I’ve received bacon on my steak and cheese calzone (don’t eat pork), the wrong order, misplaced order (given to another customer) but recently I ordered a deep dish cheese bread that was over cooked, was t cut properly and barely had cheese. Below is 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered it’s like they took a half of handful of beef and mushroom and threw it in the middle. HUNGRY HOWIES is one of my favorite pizza spots so I won’t stop patronizing the company, but I will definitely stop giving THIS location a try.
