Dude working the counter is a jerk. My chicken is undercooked; fries are over cooked. Workers not listening to the lead jerk. Serious disappointment. We waited for half and hour! Jerk got big mad because i asked them to remake it. He confronted me asking what do you want me to do remake it… or give you extra stuff! My reply was remake it where I can chew it! Im not coming back! A. They dont know the meaning of fast food! And B. How to do their job right!

Haven’t been to this location in a long time total 180° nice and clean got my food quick and it was really fresh and crunchy. The girl Kylie that took my order was very helpful and saved me like seven bucks which was a refreshing change. Most other restaurants will try to upsell you.

Had a great experience here tonight. Our meals were what we hoped for and all delicious. I didn’t get to take a picture of the 3pc meals and chicken sandwiches but I nabbed a pic of the apple turnover which I absolutely loved so I ordered more before we left. ❤️

I drove all the way to Bennington VT ( an hour ) just to try the new wraps. I had the spicy mac & cheese wrap & the honey BBQ. I was so excited that I ate half of one before I took a pic. I rate the Mac & Cheese wrap a 7. It had a big piece of chicken, but it needed a little more flavor. The honey BBQ had a smaller piece of chicken which was disappointing, so it gets an 8 for the flavor.

This place needs to shut down for a week just for them to clean. Even the WALLS are coated with sauce and need to be scrubbed! The health inspector would have a field day here…
This KFC/Taco Bell is literally the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Dead bugs (including multiple huge moths) all over the floor. The tables and floors all look sticky and like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. The ceiling was covered in yellow and brown grime. Trash overflowing and spilling out onto the floor. I counted 5 different flies swarming in a group near the register when I was ordering. And why are there big sauce streaks all over the walls of the kitchen?! It was beyond gross!
While we were there we verbally confirmed out order with the cashier and she did not put it in the computer right so we ended up missing our wedges and Mac and cheese we ordered. When we entered there was one staff member outside smoking, when we left there were 3 all at once smoking with each other. We spent 25 minutes inside because they apparently forgot our order and we had to give them back the receipt and have them make it, which I feel like wouldn’t have happened if half of their staff weren’t on a smoke break. I felt so grossed out that I didn’t even sit while I waited, I didn’t want to have to deal with mystery stickiness on my butt.
Also, none of the staff were wearing masks, which should still be a thing with the surges and variants spreading. Honestly I’m not comfortable having a stranger cook my food without a mask on because of covid. I want my money back for this awful visit.

I ordered pick up at this location to be done at 5:11 after getting there 20 minutes later my order was not done yet and have been told that they hadn’t started it so I waited until almost an hour went by since my order was made and I asked the manager and she told me that the KFC orders were already done and then told me that maybe my order was wrong and that it was at a different location, which, after telling her that it was the right location and giving her the confirmation number then found it behind the counter at the pick up station that have been sitting there for close to an hour. I’ve never had any bad reps for KFC ever, but this is the first time I’ve ever had to wait an hour for food and then get told to my face that maybe it was my issue.

HORRENDOUS! I went there on a Monday afternoon at 4pm and ordered 6 tacos, nothing complicated. No one else was in the restaurant ahead of me, the employees were just standing around talking to each other. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked for my money back. The manager told me that I had an attitude and there were 20 drive thru and internet app orders ahead of me and they get priority. Got my refund and left.

I can’t call it fast food since we spent twenty-five minutes in line, I can’t call it a great value because the chicken tenders were miniscule. They looked more like the potato wedges that they no longer serve. The flavor of the chicken was ok, but not worth the thirteen dollars they get for it. The woman who took our order was nice and friendly, at least. I wouldn’t rush out to eat here !

The food there was amazing, I order a 16pc of tenders and a 36pc nugget and took 5 minutes for me to get my food but overall it was worth the wait. Plus they where short on staff that day. If you want some good chicken or tacos this is definitely the place if you don’t mind waiting a bit. If it’s busy though it gonna be a bit of a wait.
