I order the same thing everytime I go to spangles. A very simple order might I add, a hamburger with no salt fries.Easy breezy drive thru transaction at every other location, It was my first time at this location asked for no cheese… got EXTRA cheese… asked for no salt on the fries, got that correct but put tons salt underneath and on my burger patties? ♀️Disappointed, air with a side of fries for dinner

I love Spangles. No other fast food restaurant or restaurant in general compares to the taste of Spangles! There philly cheese steak and their fries are amazing! The service, was great, the drive thru speaker was clear and my order was correct.

Waited 7mins for a gourmet surpreme that looked like it came out the trash can. Literally the onions were soggy. And the lettuce was brown ..not to mention no one answered the phone when I called…. to Bad i can’t post a picture on here of how it looked… worst dinner ever after a 17 hours shift.

Both my wife’s burger and mine have very soggy bread and I only live a mile away. Some of the burgers are not even listed online. Spangles is definitely not what it used to be. You just lost a customer. Why offer toasted bread if you’re just going to soak it down with butter? It makes no sense. Who the hell wants to eat soggy bread!

Sometimes I go here for lunch and have a great experience. Jean does a great job and basically knows my order. On the other hand, as shown in the pictures below, some of the other staff can be a bit careless.
