I found a piece of clear plastic in my bowl today, which is a serious food safety issue. It looked like thin packaging material and was mixed directly into the meal. This alone is concerning enough, but the overall experience was worse because of the service and cleanliness.
One of the employees preparing my food was noticeably rude and seemed irritated the entire time. The rest of the staff was fine, but this person handled my order carelessly and made the interaction uncomfortable.
The store also wasn’t clean. A spilled soda had been left on the floor, and no one seemed to be addressing it. Combined with the plastic in my food, it shows a larger problem with how this location manages cleanliness and safety.
I hope management reviews this seriously. Both the food handling and customer service need immediate improvement.

I stood at the counter for about 4-5 minutes while the 5 female employees went about their business ignoring me. One of them was bagging all the to-go chips. Another was cleaning the refrigerator. They all looked at me periodically during this time period and I was never once asked if I needed help. Noone ever came to the counter to help me with my order. I asked the 1 female employee who was by the drink/plastic utensil station what time they open and she said “ask them” pointing to the females in the kitchen area. I said “never mind I’ll google it”. So i google it and see that they opened at 10:45 and it was 10:49 at the time. I waited a little longer and still wasnt helped so I walked out and went elsewhere. I will never return back to this POS location.

I go to this Chipotle location very often because of the convenience it has. The only problems are that sometimes the staff are very rude during peak hours forcing you to rush your order and giving you small portions when it’s not even coming out of their paycheck. And don’t even get me started about the soda machine it works 20% of the time the ice dispenser also never works so if you buy a “build your own meal” you have to get lemonade or you just don’t get a drink.

I walked in 8:30pm on a friday night 7/25/25. Ordered a kids meal and a side of sour cream. $1.75 for a side of sour cream (highway robbery). I frequent Chipotle and am A loyal customer. NEVER HAVE i been charged for sour cream. I get it inflation. But WOW. Then the cashier was rude (body language says it all) when i said i didn’t want the sour cream. The food wasn’t hot.The chicken was SUPER SALTY.. The beans were a little spicy and the rice was hard. Not sure if they were about to close but sign said 11pm close. It seemed like they were leaving at 9. But for sure wont be back to this location.

This was the absolute WORST food I have ever had. I got the keithadilla, seeing it all over the internet it looked amazing. Opened my box, first thing I noticed is the fajitas that are supposed to be inside are outside. Okay fine, I can stuff it myself. Honestly this location used to be my favorite to go to but I’m guessing this location must be where they train new people. The workers change so frequently and the service honestly has just gotten bad. The attitude of the people that work at this location is horrible. I always order guacamole and chips and it’s always salty. I stopped coming to this location on a whole but I visited today because someone else was buying me food and I ordered the guacamole and of course it’s EXTREMELY SALTY and I don’t want to go back because it’s cold. I just give up on this location. Will always love and eat chipotle but this location is not it. My favorite person that used to work at this location has moved to the 14 street union square location and I actually go there often and have no complaints about that location or the workers or the food. The guacamole at union square is always yummy.

not gonna lie this is the saddest bowl i have ever gotten at any chipotle ever. its 9 pm, the store closes at 11pm. how do you not have pico, lettuce, and hot salsa. the cheese was also frozen. the worker gave half a scoop of protein. at this point just close. the workers close and lock the doors at 10 pm anyways. dont come here. worse chipotle ever.

Stay away from this location unless you want a dose of food poisoning. The whole food prep operation was super disorganized and unsanitary. I ordered for pickup via Grubhub. The employee placed togo orders in the back without bothering to distribute it to people waiting for their mobile orders (delivery drivers included). We were all waiting for 10+ minutes while the ready food was sitting in the back. I was also given chicken for my steak bowl, without salsa. Didn’t think it was possible to mess up this much…

Constantly out of food. Terribly slow service even when you’re the only person in here. Portion sizes are frequently too small. Staff always has a horrible attitude.
