Upon walking in, the floor was EXTREMELY sticky. It was disgusting. And it was the entire floor, theres a wet floor sign but it isnt wet its sticky like something was spilled and they die a shitty job mopping or whatever they use to “mop” leaves this residue. It isnt very appealing/appetizing walking in hungry wanting breakfast. Makes you kinda question the cleanliness of everything else.
Food came out decently quick. Hash browns were hot and crispy. Probably one of the best Ive had coming from McDonalds. Drive through was basically wrapped around so we went inside and it was SO much faster. We used the kiosk thing, and at first gave some issues, not sure if it was frozen or it was a connection issue. But once we got it figured out, and ordered we only waited a few minutes for our very hot breakfast.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to. The people are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered food last night and I got home and it was wrong. It was the wrong order. I went back and they wouldn’t let me in so I went through the drive through and the worker said he wouldn’t take food through the drive through. Well how can I return the wrong order when they won’t let me in. The doors are locked!!! I stayed in the drive through at the and he wouldn’t take my return back. So I lost out on money because the workers don’t know how to make an order correct. It’s not hard to make a burger the way I asked. Plan and simple. The next day I went back to talk to the manager and they still wouldn’t give me my money back. I will be calling corporate and they will be hearing from me.

Every time I come here they mess up my order. Today I got a large ten piece meal and they didn’t give me a large drink citing it only comes with large fries, since when I guess today. I asked to try the hot honey sauce and some sweet and sour and they threw a bunch of barbecue sauce with honey packets lmao. Wild is an understatement

Extremely rude teenagers working the drive-through completely messed up my order refused to fix it then have the nerve to try to give me my large iced coffee with no lid and told me to take it like that and then when I ask for him to fix the situation he got rude with me cleaned. He didn’t want to deal with me and then they all proceeded to laugh, extremely unprofessional and I’m not the type of person to go around calling management, but I feel like in this case it should happen that was ridiculous. I’ve never had that bad of an experience anywhere I’ve ever been.

It’s currently 5:40am. I went through the drive thru at this location and tried to place an order and got nothing but the greeting from the intercom. So i pulled to the next window in hopes of placing an order. i roll around to the window and the manager is in the office looking at me smiling . So im waving to be helped and she’s just sitting there watching me . Coworkers come in and talk to her and they turn to see me sitting there. Then i realized the restaurant wasn’t open. But the only reason this is an issue is because all she had to do was come to the window and tell me they weren’t open and i wouldn’t have sat there. The mentality of “he will eventually leave” is very unprofessional. If this is the service this restaurant offers i wouldn’t suggest anyone come here !

Drive through on Friday at 630ish. We thought only 1 person was working there based on the wait. The fries were not even edible. Very hot though. Refreshed a few 2 many times I think. Tasted like grease hasn’t been changed in months. Regular cheese burger was cold and dry.

Was there today with a large group of high school performers heading to a competition. Totally overwhelmed the poor server in charge of the front of the house. He acted with poise, and avoided panicking, like I would have. So thanks to Marcus, for showing up today, and doing it good!!!
