I went in to get the mcchicken bundle and asked for four coffees, a chocolate milk, and a sweet tea. I didn’t have enough for the coffees and asked for two spicy chickens with no lettuce instead of the regular. They ended up giving me the coffees anyways and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t give the chocolate milk and the two spicy mcchickens still had lettuce on them. So even before they realized I didn’t have enough for the coffee they already ruined my order and have no care whatsoever about what they give people. Not to mention the employees were rude and snarky. Also the coffees Taste burnt. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I work at Fort Novesel and several people that get off work at night time stop by this McDonald’s on our way home. They are the RUDEST people and talk about how “the same people” come through the drive through when they are about to close even though it’s still operating hours. They make it well known that the customer is a burden to them. I stopped going and will not go back to this location when I can just as easily stop by Wendy’s where they actually treat their customers as paying customers! There is only one guy who is sweet and kind to the customers. Cuddos to him!

I went through the drive thru to order a chicken nugget kids meal and a big Mac meal substitute drink for a large mocha frappe n ended up getting a small mocha frappe I also ordered another large mocha frappe. The issues were the fries were cold n the Big mac didn’t have have big Mac sauce it tasted like cheese sauce and lots of it….

I live in Enterprise but drive to this McDonald’s because it is so much better. My order is always correct. The employees are nice. They don’t “forget” your sauce and give you extra sauces for free.

Great place great care, (“very clean.”) and great customer service!!! The Daleville McDonald’s in (“Daleville Alabama.”) always has a happy and very great customer service!! with all it’s customers!! as far as my experiences….i have, experienced. as a customer. If they ever messed up my order? they are more than happy to redo the order. to my standards. With (“no hesitation.”) And always with a happy smile!!

Today you had the most adorable cashier at window 2 for the drive-thru. Ive had a messy week, and today wasnt much better. When i asked for ketchup at the window, and she asked if 3 was okay i froze “Sure” was the only word i could think of. She was sweet as well, keep this employee! Hopefully, if i see her again i can work up the courage to ask for her number

Had to pull up to wait on my order for almost 10minutes just for them to bring out a burger that appears to have been sitting there since before lunch. Dry and rubbery avoid this McDonald’s at all cost.
