Decent McDonald’s as far as they go. Employees don’t go over the top to be friendly, and the whole place is pretty slow. Lobby and facilities were clean. Order was accurate, and the food was actually hot & fresh – just took a little while.

This was yesterday and today. How can any business be this unreliable?

Never received my food because they were “short staffed” but other people that ordered after me received their food. Do not go there between 11:20-12 because a bunch of high school kids are there. When i told someone i had been waiting over 20 mins, they said we’re short staffed. But when another woman, im assuming a regular, complained. He gave her the food. Not cool.

Terrible experience at McDonald’s
Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The food was dirty and had a weird smell — clearly no hygiene standards at all.
The staff were rude and disrespectful, acting like they were doing me a favor.
On top of that, they were racist, treating people differently based on how they look or speak.
If there were an option for zero stars, I’d give it without hesitation.
Customer service: 0/10. Respect for customers: 0/10.

I know, I know “it’s McDonald’s what do you expect?” but this location is disgusting. I don’t think we’ve ever received fresh food from this location. The fries are always either old and soggy or fried in old grease and taste awful. I went today for a quick breakfast and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel only to get home and realize there was no bacon on the sandwich… this is just one of the many things wrong with this place. From rude workers, waiting on your food for 30 minutes only for it to come out cold and disgusting or them forgetting items. It’s always something at this location.

My wife and I got to McDonald’s frequently for a regular Iced coffee, and this is the only location that will give us either black coffee or coffee with just creamer and no sugar. I hate to be rude, but it’s a huge disappointment when you go to take a drink of this coffee you’ve been longing for all day, and it’s super bitter.

I went in to get the mcchicken bundle and asked for four coffees, a chocolate milk, and a sweet tea. I didn’t have enough for the coffees and asked for two spicy chickens with no lettuce instead of the regular. They ended up giving me the coffees anyways and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t give the chocolate milk and the two spicy mcchickens still had lettuce on them. So even before they realized I didn’t have enough for the coffee they already ruined my order and have no care whatsoever about what they give people. Not to mention the employees were rude and snarky. Also the coffees Taste burnt. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
