I want to give a massive shout out to Brance. I think out of the 40 days I spent staying in this town for work. I ended up going to this establishment at least 32 times. I feel like I have the right to make a review on the quality in service that I received over my many experiences. Brance has phenomenal customer service and is a very dedicated worker to serving quality. I have nothing but good things to say about the establishment I would recommend anybody eat here consecutively like I did.

The worst discrimination of the ADA i have seen so far happened here. My husband myself and a child are all disabled and these guys were so rude to my husband when he attempted to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru lane. The woman at the drive thru rattled on and on about how you are required to go inside to pick up all mobile orders. So Freddy’s in vernal loses our business as my husband isn’t always capable of going inside to enjoy a taste of Freddy’s and they don’t appreciate getting business from Americans with disabilities. Shame on you Vernal, Utah Freddy’s.

Fresh food! Burgers and chicken sandwich are delicious, fries are ok. Fry sauce is great. Quick service, especially on a packed Saturday afternoon. Parking lot is kind of squishy, quite a bit of seating on the inside though. Employees were friendly!

Good food, good service, and pretty good atmosphere for a fast food chain restaurant. Nice alternative to McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s. I will definitely return in the future.

Went through the drive thru and felt like I was at an auction. The woman was talking so fast and didn’t slow when asked to repeat things several times. She took our money and took the longest time getting us change to the point that I thought she had forgot about us. No napkins in the bag and the food was barely out the window when she closed it. No time to ask for napkins or sauce. Went inside to get some sauce, the lady at the front told us we had to ask the guy on the side. We went over to the guy on the side, where we made eye contact several times only for him to turn the other way and ignore us every time. I finally had to just kind of holler at him, and asked for some fry sauce. Only to be told “ we are out” and then turned away again like he was annoyed with us. Overall food was some of the worst I’ve had from a Freddy’s and service sucked. But hey I feel like it might match the rest of the town. ♀️

I love the gummy worm concrete with chocolate custard, but the food is just so expensive. When me and my husband go it often end up costing more than a restaurant. If we want to eat here, we have to look at every price and add on, which ruins some of the experience

After a week of camping we needed to find a place that had good parking for vehicles that are towing boats and trailers, and could serve a large group of 20 people quickly. We were able to park the vehicles in the large parking lot behind Freddy’s, and they were totally prepared to handle our large group. Amazing staff that provided great service. The guy calling out the numbers for orders was just the right amount of funny. Food was good and came out quickly but still hot. The custard was delicious and creamy. Bathrooms were super clean. We would definitely come here again.

I asked for a simple chicken club sandwich with no tomato or lettuce. I seen them out it on and then try and take it off. I opened it and it still had most of the lettuce. Just make a new one if you mess up.

The only thing worth a 4/5 star review here is the custard. The burgers lack flavor and the chickens dismal. Fries are ok and tots are great. It’s a decent pit stop on a Sunday when probably the good food places are closed :(.
