Finally got to try one of these locations, just happened to be driving by with the gf looking for something since other Asian restaurants are closed on Tuesdays for whatever reason. Damn if this isn’t the best pad thai in town and they will make it to your level of spicy. Some other places will not, and I’ve tried at least 6 others around SF. I can’t wait to try some of their other dishes as well! Really good service as well!

First off the location looks very nice and we have been excited for a east side location. The staff was very welcoming. I have visited the downtown location plenty of times and had been among my favorite restaurants in town. We had tried the west side and also been impressed where we had not had a disappointing meal.
Tried the east side location now and impressed with the location, it looks well done especially being a former Dennys location that required updating new build on inside. It appeared very clean, well lit, and music was playing was at a decent level.
We stuck with the typical Chicken Pad See Ew, and Sesame Chicken. They handled a quality issue with the first sesame chicken compared to the past, but were willing to make a new batch that exceeded expectations and was very good. In the end we very much enjoyed our food, and plan to be back.

After returning recently from a trip to Cali where my son turned me on to Bahn Mi sandwiches, I decided to give yours a try.
Delivery was flawless.
The sandwich is half the size of the one I had in Cali, but not any less delicious! With the papaya salad it was an amazing meal.
You have a new customer.
Edit: Ordered delivery a second time. Same order as the first time.
Last time the Bahn Mi had strips of grilled pork. This time it had ground meat and strips of fat.
Last time the papaya salad was perfect. This time it was way too spicy.
The Dasher couldn’t read so he left my order outside the main door of the apartment building instead of bringing it to my apartment door as specified. I found my order just as someone else was about to walk off with it.
Nothing consistent about this order.
No longer impressed.

Excellent food and service! We tried the shrimp spring rolls, a beef pad see-ew, and a chicken pad Thai. The beef Pad See-ew was savory, the Chicken Pad Thai was bright and tangy!

Fantastic as always! This new location is closer to home, and just as good as the other 2! Great service, great food, very generous portions and very reasonably priced! As always, definitely reccomend Pho Thai!
