So this is usually my favorite location. The staff is always kind and the pizza is normally great, but the last two times I ordered extra cheese, it didn’t seem like there was actually any extra even though I was charged for it. Two days ago, I picked up my order and mentioned it to the young guy making my pizza. I even tipped him a dollar in cash to make sure I got what I paid for. I opened the box in front of him and pointed out that the middle looked like it barely had any cheese. He said there was a bubble and offered to remake it, which I appreciated, but I didn’t want to wait another fifteen minutes. I took it anyway, but unfortunately it didn’t taste right. It seemed overcooked and when I grabbed a slice, the cheese and pepperoni slid right off. I’m not trying to be rude, I just want to be able to order with confidence, and I wish I had caught his name so I could request someone else next time.
I came back after explaining the situation and they offered me another pizza and made it so perfectly. It was delicious and definitely had extra cheese this time. Thank you Lynette for your great customer service and personally making my pizza!
Update: I came back for the third time and asked for extra cheese, but it doesn’t look like extra cheese. The manager, Sean made it for me. It tasted more like sauce to be honest with you. I don’t think it’s worth paying for extra cheese because they are very stingy with their cheese. In this location I don’t recommend ordering extra cheese cause what’s the point?

I placed an order that took almost an hour, then I received the pizza and it was the wrong pizza. The pizza was cold, burnt, and incorrect toppings. I called the store and they said they could make another pizza but it would take about 1.5 hour to deliver a new one or send me a coupon. Thanks for killing my urge for pizza today, my daughter could make a better pizza than the one they delivered.

Last time I came to this domino’s I was redeeming a rewards. (Parm Bread Bites) when I came to pick them up. The only employee in the whole store left the front alone for a very long time. At one point I had to yell to the back “hello” and still no one came out. I noticed my order was just sitting there and it didn’t make it any better. I yelled a couple times hello. Someone peaked their head out and then ran the other way. Still not being helped. Nothing was said. He came out and gave me my bread bites. Until he realized I redeemed a reward and then he refused to give it to me because the receipt said I didn’t pay because it was marked 0.00. Because I redeemed a reward!!!! He wasn’t understanding and he almost rung me up again because he refused to believe me. This was super exhausting even for a free 16 piece of parm bread bites. That wasn’t what cause me to write a review honestly. I gave grace. Today I come to pick up again. Parm bread bites and when I get here to pick up my order– timing it perfectly. She straight up looks around looked at her coworker and then looks at me and tells everyone she forgot to put it in. Never fails to disappoint to say the least.

The Parmesan bread bites were very small compared with the ones I got before from another store. The ones I got from the other store were big and soft and these were small and hard. I think they were undercooked because the employee didn’t give them enough time to cook completely. I don’t know how a big business like Domino’s would sell something like this to a customer. I’m not buying anything from this store anymore.

They messed up my order. I called to fix and they literally sent someone to pick up the wrong order first before giving me right one… I would be very weary ordering from this location. Might be getting pizza someone already put their hands all over

It’s a shame that every time I order from this location there is an issue. I just placed an order where I was very clear in the instructions to knock on my door so I knew they were there. Well no one knocked than when I call because I am checking outside I don’t see nothing. And it’s been over an hour I call to be on hold as they didn’t know what was going on with my order. Than they put the driver (Alejandro) who told me he left my order out side apparently he must of gone to the wrong house because first of all there was no knock and there was no call at least to let you know the driver left the food outside. So now my kids stay with out there food and it’s in someone else’s house. When I said no sorry you didn’t leave the food in my house it must be somewhere else he argued with me that he swear he left it. Like are you kidding me arguing with the client who has been waiting for there food. Than he puts his manager (Carla) who only said your getting a refund to the card. I express I didn’t care about that I just wanted my food. Not even a sport for the inconvenience I will refund you or send you a new order and make sure you get it in your hands….nothing!!! I swear people have lost customer service and it’s just sad because now I have to go out of my way with my babies to go get them pizza else where and they been waiting over an hour.

The store should be shut down or get a new owner or manager! I saw an employee drop a pizza in the floor because they are horse playing the other employee picked up and put back in the box.The employee in the store screaming cursing at each other. Multiple people with wrong order including myself. The manager/owner is there watching all this take place and not doing anything about it. When the gave me the order I asked them for the garlic sauce they didn’t have. I am reporting this store to corporate office. They should not be able to operate like this. Florida department of health should pay them a visit
