I placed a mobile. order for carry out as I had my granddaughter with me. While i was in the parking lot. I walked in my drinks were already fixed by the lady workin the counter. Who was the only nice professional in the establishment? The lobby itself was clean. There appeared to be 2 other minor individuals and an older gentleman .upon receiving my food. My bun was stale patties, were dry and cold cheese was not melted? Extra Mayonnaise was not added, fries had forward objects in them. The manager had stepped out for a personal call. The lady working, the register needed managers. Fingerprint customers had to wait for the manager to finish her personal business before she could do her job then stood behind the counter. Her phone in herright hand and her pink vape. In her left as she actively vaped in between the French fry station and the hamburger make station in front of everyone where another gloved employee was actively making an order for the drive through glove pans.The phone in her left putting condiments on the bun with her rights., we decided to share my granddaughter’s chicken nuggets. Since my hamburger was not edible while dining in. Because the lobby was clean. The manager was loudly talking about personal business with 2 other employees and very loudly cursing. After the F-word was spewed a few times I walked up to the counter. Looked over, made eye contact and said that is very unprofessional. Considering you have customers in your lobby as well as children. She rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. I bagged up what was left and exited as I was leaving, the older gentleman said, I just want you to know you’re right about what you said. This was between 245P at 3:05 PM on January 4th, if management would like to watch cameras.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a #8 Chicken Asiago meal (asked for fresh) and two Biggie Classic Double Stacks with paid add-ons (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles). Total was $25.88. When I got my food, the fries were cold, the sandwiches were missing all paid toppings, and the baked potato was rock hard and inedible.

I went inside to have it corrected and witnessed a sandwich maker tell the manager “I’m not making a sandwich” in front of customers. The manager also had an attitude, as if asking for my order to be made correctly was a problem.

This location does not represent the Wendy’s brand I grew up with. Management and ownership seriously need to address customer service and quality here.

First off , gave me a single cheese burger with lettuce, tomato ect. when i asked and paid for a BACONATOR, bring it back inside no big deal at this point to get what i was hoping would be a baconator this time but nah they gave me a double cheese burger with literally only cheese, meat and a bun. Quite absurd realistically, how you mess my order up twice in one sitting ‍♂️

This is only my second time at the store and also tge second time I have had problems with my order. The first time, I made an order online and paid for it, when I arrived at the store, I found certain items were out of stock. Was i offered a replacement or a refund? No, I was told that I would have to go back online to get my refund. Tonight when I stopped by tge restaurant, I spent a good for five minutes giving my order and repeating myself. When we drove to pick up the food, I noticed no less than four cashiers up front. I was given my food and told to drive up and they would bring out my drinks. Why? Because apparently four cashiers can not get a drink out in a timely fashion. When they came out with my drinks they just carried them, no drink carrier or straws. So the cashier had to go back into the store to get my straws and a drink carrier. Yeah, good times. I am giving them a two and half stars because the fries were old and wait on the drinks.

It’s always great when you come on a “good” night, especially after leaving a food place where it almost made the night bad.

Everything we ordered was prepared as requested and it was fresh. Oh, and let me just say… why are their chicken tenders legit? While McDonald’s tastes 3D, Wendy’s tastes better than some restaurants I’ve had them at.

The ladies in the drive thru were great, customer service was on point and the night was a night.

Second time in a row my order was wrong. Irritating because it’s always a smaller meal than what I originally ordered lol. Come on man we gotta have pictures on the bags or something so we cant get the wrong orders. I’ll double check my stuff before I leave for now on

Stopped by after work for a quick bite. Drive thru was packed out, so went inside. Lobby/counter was blocked by several other waiting customers, and no attempt at taking an order was made until they cleared some of those people out.

Counter worker was not interested and barely responded during order for a plain sandwich meal.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes after paying to receive order, and the sandwich was wrong, fries had no salt and tasted old, frosty was sloppily prepared and half-filled.

Skip this Wendy’s in particular, unless starvation is imminent.

02/23/24 9:45am we experienced very polite and friendly service, the food came out fresh and hot. The health department rating is A. All tables and floor clean. We saved money on the App. Shout out to the crew working together this morning.

hopped in the drive thru at 10pm, open until 12. Was never greeted. Drove around the building and saw none of the five employees had a headset on. Drove thru again and waited another 5 minutes. I drove up to the second window, and finally a gentleman came over and said that I had to drive around and order at the first window. I’m good. Good luck ordering here!

If I could give negative stars this place would get -5 or more stars. Was there last night around 1115-1130pm after getting off work from working over 11 hours, hungry wanting something quick. The staff was very very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I understand it’s close to closing time but that’s no excuse. The person that took my order on the speaker was rude and had an attitude. When I got to the window to pay she didn’t know what my order was, once I paid she said nothing; not even after I said thank you, just looked at me and walked away. Once I got to the window to get my food, they didn’t know what I ordered either. Gave me a wrong order and then started pulling food out the bag and putting other food in. At least she said you’re welcome when I said thank you. When I finally get home and sit down to eat the food was terrible. I ordered $5 Biggie Bag with double stack with no onions. Order was wrong. I got a cheese burger that had very hard bread, meat was hard and cold, and cheese was cold and not melted; fries cold and hard; and the 4 count nuggets only hard 3 oh they were hard and cold also. The only thing that was right was the bottle of water. The food was not edible. Absolutely nasty food! Not one person that was working would’ve been ok with receiving food like that, not to mention eating it. It’s a shame that people pay their money and then can’t eat what they pay for.
