I appreciate how many choices they offer, especially since it makes the place welcoming for vegetarians too. There is plenty on the menu for anyone who prefers plant based options. If you are picky with ingredients, you can easily customize your burrito or bowl, which I really enjoy because I like to keep my bowl simple. Small meat portions, ultra low quality customer service. Slow service. Avoid this location. Dirty food preparation area. I actually had a napkin in my burrito that was in the carnitas meat. I highly recommend que ricos just three minutes down the street. Excellent and authentic . Que ricos serves the best burritos in sylmar.

Absolutely terrible service from the General Manager. Our fire station did an online order of 3 bowls and 2 burritos with chips and guacamole, and every single order had a could pieces of meat, the bowls were half full, and the burritos were rolled like a ball. Called and spoke with the General Manager, and she refused to give her name. She was completely rude and said I was trying to get free food… she had no retribution and was hard to speak to because she talked over me. Wouldn’t go here again if it was free! Our station will not be patronizing this store. See pics with the half effort and lack of meat. Didn’t get to the meat until my final bite.

I literally just went in with my family I had my two daughters with me and wife. The place was empty but we did have one customer walk in right after us and the lady taking our order was so rude and making my wife feel rushed. She has no customer service skills and should be retrained. Our first time trying chipotle and the experience for my family and I was totally no what I expected and I’d give this place no stars just cause of that one bad employee.

There is a dead fly in my food. The fly looked cooked. It ruined my dinner. Flat out disgusting. Contacted the manager, she couldn’t care less. Offered a partial refund or a re order of the item. When I went in to the location manager didn’t interact at all. No apologies made nothing. Employees flat out don’t care. I see if you can spot the fly in the photo.

This was the smallest burrito I’ve ever had at a chipotle!! 6 inch burrito and for what, 12-13 dollars?! I felt bad for my dad too because usually he loves the bowls from Chipotle but even he complained about how skimpy they were with the servings In addition to this, when I came in to pick up the order, all of the employees were huddled up at the cash register and looked at me weird as if I was doing something wrong for picking up my order?? Then they had the audacity to charge me for the vinaigrette after too!! Not a great experience sadly and it sucks bc this is my local chipotle :/

I have had a bad experience at this Chipotle two times. The first time, they did not have brown rice ready and said they had just started cooking it, but a restaurant like this should already have rice prepared like other places do. Another time, they ran out of chicken and did not tell me. They gave me the leftover burnt chicken instead, and once again they had just started cooking a new batch. The workers were rude and unhelpful, and only one person offered to remake my order. Very disappointing service both times.

We went those location on 12-19-2025 time 9:05pm we order two chicken bowl it’s second time that happen they was out of veggie (fajitas ) and pico it was a 9pm and peoples was still coming those locations they r super lazy employees. We will never go back there they had attitude also un necessary

I just come to this chain restaurant when I’m indecisive on what to eat and convenience of location. In this specific location, the employees always have an attitude. When asking them for specific ways to serve the food. They always show irritation through their facial expressions. I used to eat at Chipotle often, but after dealing with this consistent problem. I rather go to a different restaurant.
