This is the worst Little Caesars I’ve encountered. I drive further away just to go out of my way to go to a different location.
Service is slow. You’ll wait longer for your food than they say, much longer. Customer service is awful. And the pizza they make is never quite right compared to other LC locations.

I came in last night on Halloween. I don’t know who was working last night 10/31/2025 but they had a great staff last night. Little Caesars is normally a last place I’d like to go to get pizza. But I placed an order online and it was completed by the time. It said it would be on top of that. The staff was super Friendly. And when we got home, the pizza and the breadsticks were cooked to perfection. I know I know hear me normally the bread sticks are really cooked or the pizza It’s overcooked where there’s too much sauce. The guy packing the pizzas even took the time to stop to give candy to the kids in the lobby ! But everything was perfect!! The right amount of sauce the right amount of cheese. So I hope who ever was working that night sees this and knows they did an awesome job!!!

It Was Excellent!! We will never forget this Little Caesars Pizza location!
My son had just got finished running a excellent track meet, his very first one and we were about to get another brand another type of food, and we saw a Little Caesars!
I said how about pizza son, and he said yes!
He loved it, he was very hungry, he ate it all the way back to our house which is 30 minutes away in Dayton.
So Little Caesars, I’ve known and have eaten the brand for years, and it was very satisfying for my son and wife today.
It was an excellent tasty, fast hot and ready pizza pizza!
And the price is still very reasonable and affordable, we will definitely be back!

So I just walked in and the girl said what do you want very rude. No hi how you doing and then she said I would be the last order of the night. They close at 11 it’s 812. Get better workers they are turning people away at 8p on a Saturday. I don’t want spit on my food so I will not order from people like this. They are too busy vaping and talking to the boyfriends.

Went in today 4/19/2025 to get my wife a pizza and waited over an hour and still no pizza. Kept saying they were running behind but it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t waste your time with this little Caesars. There’s other pizza places that are better and worth more the time to wait. Who doesn’t enjoy cheap and quick pizza on a busy night?! Have mixed review with some employees. I use the app when ordering and it is usually ready with a few minutes of the estimated time pick up.

Had to shout out the workers, last 5 times I’ve ordered from this location, the pizza has been awesome. I know it’s usually hit or miss with pizza chains. But they have really stepped up recently in xenia. I’d deff recommend calling in your order or going online. Hot n readys are convenient, but hit or miss as well
