I decided to have a meal on the way home from Basile just after 4pm. I parked and went inside to order the $6 meal that was advertised on the board. When I entered and approached the counter Leanna greeted me pleasantly. I asked her if there were any other specials besides the one advertised. She said no, I then shared that I would be ordering via the app.
I began placing my order on the app and noticed I could receive a 3 piece chicken tender meal for Free if I spent $10. I then decided to order 6 piece classic boneless chicken, a frozen apple cranberry lemonade, and bottle of water which added up to $10.97 before taxes. Everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. Kyra who was at the front counter as my order was being prepared came over to my table to ask if I’d like my drink selection in chill form because the frozen option wasn’t available at the time. It was a good decision because it was very refreshing. Thank you to all team members at this location for making my visit very enjoyable.

First off the lady taking the order acted as if she don’t want to take the order. Huffing and puffing. Had to pull up waited a good 20 minutes before food came out. Checked our bags and was missing food. The guy at the counter took at least 10 minutes to take the guy order in front of me. I walked up after the man was done. This guy looked dead at me I said hello. And he walked away, who does that. Took another 15 minutes to come to the counter. The girl who took her the widow order was like what you was missing. I told her and still had to wait. The guy finally was like what you missing. I told him he went to go get the fries the lady in the back was like no that not for her. He came back and was like oh it’s a wait for fries. Bbrrruuuhhh just give me mashed potatoes. The service is horrible. The place was a little dirty. This site needs a better team and manager. I’m sorry I will never return there. Oh did I mention I ordered apple pies and got strawberry and cream which I hate strawberries

Waited 30 minutes for food just for them to tell me that there was no more spicy and only mild was available (this wasn’t told to me when I placed order). The floor was disgusting and extremely slippery (there was an elderly lady who slipped and failed). The lines were long and the customer service is horrible.

Everytime I go in to the Eunice Popeyes, the service is horrible, and the store is disgusting. Went today after a long break, and every single table was filthy not a single table was clean, they were out of all but 3 drinks, and there was stuff all over the floor
The only thing good that Popeyes has is it’s the only place in town that you can get chicken, and the food is usually decent, but a lot of times the chicken is dry and hard

Upon walking in there was no one in line it took 15 mins to take my friend’s order, I pre ordered on the app and it still took forever. My chicken tenders looked like nuggets and took 45 mins, very dirty and stinks. The tables are disgusting they did not even have rice dressing or dark meat. All the sauces are out the only thing was little ketchup packets. The people looked high and the man did not talk. The floor is sticky, while eating they looked like everyones order was messing up.
