The legendary Surf Clubs restaurant doesn’t disappoint, specially when it comes to the perfectly tailored service. The food was meticulously prepared, from the perfectly crispy potato chips, to the equally golden brown chicken. Also, the deviled eggs must not be skipped. The table side Caesar salad was just perfect, not too much dressing, not overpowering, and per recommendation of our server we paired it with the smoked bacon, which was sublime. It was a thic and buttery cut, that just melted in your mouth and honestly would have paired well with almost anything. The Lumache alla vodka was spicy and tasty. And the coconut chiffon cake was just a perfect ending to this culinary adventure. Recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind the prices, and simple ideal for special occasions when you want everything to be just perfect.

Dinner at The Surf Club Restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. This was my third Thomas Keller restaurant, and I am officially committed to collecting the full set. While this one does not follow the tasting menu format like Per Se or The French Laundry, the à la carte approach was a dream because we went with a group large enough to order widely and taste so many dishes.

The lobster Thermidor will live in my head rent free for the rest of my life. The sauce alone deserves its own write up. This is fine dining at the highest level, set inside the stunning Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, and I have never had to use so much willpower in my life to not lick a plate clean. The depth of flavor in the sauces is something Keller does like no one else. It goes beyond normal food logic and straight into obsession territory.

What has been consistent across every Keller restaurant I have visited is the sense of surprise, delight, and flawless service. Here, that signature excellence is paired with beach vibes and a seafood-forward menu, which may honestly make this my favorite experience yet. It somehow manages to feel both elevated and relaxed, indulgent but casual fun.

Every detail was dialed in. The pacing, the service, the presentation, and of course the food itself were all absolute perfection. If you are a serious foodie, this is worth every single dime. A truly unforgettable dining experience and one I will be thinking about for a very long time.

The Surf Club Restaurant exceeded all our expectations—it is truly a stunning venue. The ambiance, complemented by the mellow music drifting from the bar through the hall, made for a perfect evening. We visited at 6 PM on Wednesday to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and every course was a culinary delight. A special highlight was the dessert; not only did they provide the candle I requested, but they also surprised us with a lovely anniversary message on the plate, which made us feel truly celebrated.
I’d like to commend our main server (in the suit) for their exceptional kindness. On a small note for improvement, one of the assistant staff in a vest was a bit unprofessional—they picked up my napkin from my chair and folded it in a very distracted, hurried manner while joking with a coworker, then dropped it back on the table quite abruptly. Despite that brief moment of confusion, the rest of the experience was top-tier. We left with happy hearts and definitely plan to return! ·͜·

Outstanding. Great vibe. Incredible staff. Delicious food. They were very very accommodating of food allergies. The whole aura was incredible. I went two nights in a row! Highly highly recommend. The truffle pasta was a bit of a sticker shock ($215 for 1 entre) but the homemade almond flower pasta and freshly shaved truffle was worth it.

SoulEdge: Synergy…Let Yourself Free
Arrived late afternoon in Nov. Originally I was planning to dine at Lido (another restaurant in the same building, for that experience at Lido. Check my review SoulEdge: Nosedive Tailspin..) but since this restaurant is located closer. I decided to dine. Emily helped me with seating & menu. I felt uncomfortable with sitting next to the window on the main hallway that’s beside the Bar, leading to the other dining room. Due too I’m trying to enjoy my dining experience, but so much back & forth movement. I ate Bucatini Pomodoro (good portion too) & Cheesecake. I dine the next day, arriving early. This time I asked for a better seat, thankfully it was available. Met Sebastian & Daniel, they gave good service. I ate Bucatini Pomodoro (with Fettuccine pasta) & Chocolate Soufflé with Pistachio ice cream. Good on the Appetizer with Lemon Dill sauce & famous Parker Rolls. I can hear the kitchen staff with good cadence. I’ve been told live music begins at 7 pm everyday. Kudos to everyone for the excellent service. Both visits dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. Cue in the songs “The Lady In Red” by Chris de Burgh and “The Golden Age” by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. ✌️

We have been to all of his US restaurants, and all have been truly wonderful experience. Foie gras, caviar, white truffle, dover soles and perfect ribeye pairing with fine wines from Chef Thomas Keller’s kitchen, these culinary delights are truly ambrosial. Not to mention elegant service.

I had an amazing dining experience at The Surf Club in the Four Seasons, Surfside. From the moment I arrived, everything was top-notch. The service was impeccable—attentive, professional, and warm, making the evening even more enjoyable.

The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and executed at a very high level. The flavors were refined, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. While the portions were quite small, the precision and artistry in each dish made up for it.

The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and sophisticated. It’s a beautiful space, and despite being a high-end dining establishment, it doesn’t feel overly loud or crowded, which makes for a comfortable and intimate experience.

For parking, you have two options: street parking, which is paid per hour, or valet service for $35.

Overall, The Surf Club offers an exceptional culinary experience, with exquisite food, a stunning atmosphere, and top-tier service. I highly recommend it for a special night out!

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Miami. Incredible food, quality, service and ambience. Worth every penny. Always get the fried oysters when they have them as a special. This is true fine dining without any pretentiousness.
