Went to grab food via drive thru when a guy by the name hijoel greeted me. I felt the need to leave a review because he embodied what the food industry misses since the pandemic amazing customer service. You guys ran out of the sauce I wanted and he was so friendly I didn’t care. Reward that man with a raise or promotion because whomever he works for hired a gem! We need more hijoels

I can’t believe it now costs $5 for a beef supreme chalupa and they don’t even give you enough meat for it, but they add a bunch of lettuce & tomatoes instead. If i wanted just a lettuce and tomato sandwich I would not be here for it. Employees were rude & pretending not to speak English, unacceptable

I cleaned my own table. The floor is covered w food. The condiment table is almost empty. And staff is nowhere to be found – hiding in the back.

I’ve never been soooo grossed out. Spent a large amount of money at this place tonight after kids sports. I have NEVER seen food look so BAD. Whoever is working tonight should be fired. Got 100% refund through a 3rd party app and thank goodness for it.
The chicken wasn’t even chicken… it was hard to the point you’d break your tooth. Multiple items missing, THEY PUT A HARD SHELL TACO ON THE GRILL BY ITSELF AND BURNT THE TACO BLACK. No cheese on the taco, no soft taco over it (like it should be) just decided they’d burn a hard shell taco.
I’ve tried calling 2 times to figure out how this went so wrong, no one answered.
Avoid business with this place, I will never order from here again nor bring my kids after games. Disgusting

This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell, at any “fast food” place actually. This place was so gross! I don’t even mean a bit dirty. This place is disgusting!! Barf We ended up walking out after waiting 25 minutes for five tacos that turned out to be a joke. Picture above. There wasn’t anything in any of them and they were flung together. The bathroom was SOO COLD I couldn’t sit on the seat if I wanted to. Never mind the grease all over the doors and windows. Soda and sticky floors. The employees WERE SO RUDE TOO!!! Pardon me for asking “How long?” After waiting 25 for a couple tacos. Come on. TERRIBLE. If I could I wouldn’t give a star at all.

Got honey barbecue sandwich it was alright an 2 hot honey biscuits. They where good. But I used the bathroom there an let me tell you it was filthy an these workers use same bathroom then go an make your food . It was a disgrace how dirty the place was… meaning the bathroom men’s room unfortunately my girl used lady’s bathroom an it was just as bad. Blood all over toilet bowl. Just plain filthy. I normally don’t complain about fast food because you get what you get but this was bad. My order was wrong, and the customer service was terrible and the place wasn’t well taken care of. When I finally got home I opened the bag and everything smelled old. I couldn’t even eat it! I definitely don’t recommend until they get new staff/management.

Takes incompetence to an entirely and awesomely new level. Couldn’t believe my eyes in the half hour it took for our simple order… Completely botched, everything was wrong, power bowl came without any protein with brown lettuce tasting of the dishwasher, messed up on my burrito supreme and gave me Doritos hard taco and then blamed and charged me the difference. Quesadilla had no ingredients in most of it, extremely bare and dry. Flavors were completely bitter and off. 5 other people had significant issues with orders as we waited for ours… Absolutely laughably unbelievably incompetent to the level of a comedy.
