There were only two workers, one f which was pretty much brand new, and I had one of the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The food was fresh and made exactly how I ordered it and the staff was nice and as attentive as you can be working a slammed drive thru with several other including myself in the lobby. I appreciate them and the individuals who hired them.

I gave this McDonalds a 1 star because I don’t know how to give ZERO stars. We ordered chicken nuggets and a #2. As soon as I paid they asked me to pull up even though there was no one behind me. They brought our food out several minutes later and when I reached my hand into the bag to get the food out, I felt cold food. The fries were not even the slightest bit warm. The nuggets were not hot but they weren’t COLD like the fries. I dumped the fries out the window immediately. Even the box they came in was cold. Not Luke or room temperature, COLD. My husband nearly gagged eating the burger. This will be our last time going there. The McDonald’s on 45 near Macon is worse.

When I have to pull up and wait i expect my food to be completely cooked. Tonight I ordered food from your establishment and have been sick ever since. It’s probably the fact my food wasn’t even cooked all the way. I’m done at this mcdonald’s. This is the second time I have got sick from your location.

Best McDonald’s in the southeast! Only pass through this location twice a week a few months of the year and every time the food is as good as McDonald’s gets and service is way beyond any McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.

I placed my $22 order in the app and parked in a spot and it was brought out to me. I don’t go to this McDonald’s location very often because I know I will have something that happens that is stupid. Today stayed right on track. I didn’t notice until I was a few miles down the road that there were no napkins and no straw in the bag. It does make driving interesting when you have to take the lid off and drink out of the cup and you hit a bump and it spills in your clean shirt. Then you realize the girl didn’t put napkins in the bag to clean up the mess with. Thanks McDonald’s. You keep me guessing every single time just what you’re going to mess up but you’re maintaining a 100% mess up rate. On day my little hometown McDonald’s is going to make me happy, I just know it. Please just do your simple job!!!!

Very pleased with the drive thru service and quality of food the last several times I’ve eaten at this location. Food is hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The lady in the drive thru is very friendly. Seems like they have a great team at this location! I wish every McDonald’s had employees that do a great job like this one !

This place has really improved over the last few months. Used to I couldn’t get a right order no matter how I tried, recently though every order has been spot on! I usually only do breakfast and it’s always good. I’ve gotten a hard biscuit or some fatty bacon once or twice but other than that everything is good! People are super nice now and food is good.
