I come here every so often. Service is always good except tonight. The lady on the “tortilla” station wasn’t pleasant at all. I walked up to the glass and she just stared at me. I said Hello and she just started at me. Her male team mate was very pleased but it didn’t make up for her attitude. She also noticed it upset me. She gave me barely any chicken. I asked her for more and she said you want double chicken. So I paid xtra because she had an attitude. And to top it off she on the line on her cell phone. The GM JR was not there tonight. I know he holds his team to much higher standards. Just because your boss isn’t there doesn’t mean customers aren’t watching.

I came to the restaurant to pick up food for my boyfriend. About 10 minutes later when he opened his bowl it was maybe halfway or even less than halfway full. I drove back to chipotle and asked them to top it off just a little bit more. I barely complained. I kept calm because I didn’t want to be that person and start a big problem. They only offered me a small cup of steak to add to my bowl which is better than nothing I will say but one of the employees mocked me when I walked out of the door acting like I couldn’t hear them. Overall just terrible service. Why would someone pay $12 for this amount of food????

Usually this Chipotle is great, but lately the workers have been rude and snobby, and making me rush my order making me forget stuff.. The rice is stuck together, stingy on the meats. I don’t know what happened to good food service but this ain’t it!!! Do better chipotle in Easton!

My family and I don’t appreciate your employees rushing us down the line yelling out ingredients. It was very confusing for my kids. They know what they want but ya can’t be rushing and yell out 50 things at one time. It confuses their little 8yo brains.

Thus was my second review if thus store, at 6 pm, the crew was ready, they were happy and when I pointed out they were out of Guac, they told me stock had just come in and they made some fresh! Former employee of chipotle in Rehoboth Beach, DE here! In the area for a while and I wanted to give this chipotle a shot. I ordered through DoorDash pick up just so I can see how well they do and let me tell you….. AMAZING!!!!! This bowl is so full I ate about a quarter of it and then I was full! The lady at the cashier 2:50 on 7/25/2022 was SUPER friendly, the restaurant was SO clean, and the food was AWESOME!!! Disappointed the GM wasn’t there at the time wanted to stop and say hello! You guys are AWESOME!! Keep on rockin!!

Did an online order and got Someone else’s bowl in my bag so I had to go back it was quite busy the first time I went in but when i went to return the bowl I’m assuming the guy who was doing mobile orders today came out asking if I got the wrong bowl and immediately took care of the issue very fast and me being on my lunch break I appreciated the swiftness and customer service was great and great portion size!!
