This restaurant is very brave to open next to Bún Vịt Thanh Đa.
The wait process was very poorly managed. You have to put your name on a waitlist, but because the restaurant is new, the management was chaotic. There was no staff controlling the waiting list, so you basically had to stand there, watch for an open table, and grab it yourself. I waited about 30 minutes and then noticed that people who arrived after me were already seated, so I went in and realized it was more of a first come, first served situation. Overall, the service experience and portion size were disappointing, so I will not be coming back.

I ordered xôi with gỏi gà, and both were pretty good. When you order, they ask whether you want bone in or boneless, and I chose boneless. However, I noticed there was not much meat with the boneless option, which made me feel a bit scammed for the price they are charging.

It was $32 per person before tip, and when I paid with a credit card they added a fee, bringing it to around $35. I would say it is not worth it. Even though the flavors were unique and good, tasting more like Northern Vietnamese cuisine, which is different from places like Bún Vịt Thanh Đa, I still did not really like this restaurant.

Great Vietnamese-style chicken — crispy, flavorful, and dangerously addictive. Definitely a must-come-back spot… my taste buds are already planning their return trip.

I was satisfied with the whole dinner. We had 3 different dishes here and all were on point, well balanced of seasoning that included the fish sauce for dipping. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is less soup on the soup menu. They used bigger glass noodle instead of the small noodles. I like it. If you do then it’s your place.

It was a 15 minute wait at around 11:30 am on a Saturday. Restaurant is small, you literally sit next to the other party and join their conversation. I had the glass noodles with chopped chicken on the side with picked onions and mints. Chicken was fresh, flavor was good!!

A clean and decent place to have a few dishes – tapioca vermicelli (miến), rice or pho chicken. The steamed chicken had a nice texture similar to those is free range. The tapioca vermicelli (miến) was well cooked, el dente. The soup was light and complement the meal perfectly but was lukewarm about 120deg F when 1st came out

I’ve come here enough that I think I’m considered a regular. I always go for the glass noodles (#1) with a salad + shredded dark meat chicken and it always hits the spot. They are consistent and I have been trying to convert all of my friends by taking them here! Occassionally I’ve had some waiters mess up my order but they are very quick to fix any issues, and overall the staff is very welcoming and polite. I have only had good experiences here.

Really tasty chicken salad (goi) with mien (vermicelli glass noodles). Very fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. Staff are very nice & friendly. It was busy on Saturday night and we had to wait 15 minutes for our table which was well worth it. So far the best food place we have tried in Little Saigon OC area. Would come back again on our next trip here.

This Mien Ga Spot? Pure Gold!
Okay, so I just hit up this place that specializes in Mien Ga, and seriously, if you’re into chicken glass noodles, you gotta check it out. They keep their menu super small and simple, but honestly, that’s their superpower. Everything they do, they do right.
First off, let’s talk about the main event: their Mien Ga. The chicken? So fresh, you can taste it. And the noodles are nice and thick with that perfect amount of chew. We got both the dry and soup Mien Ga, and both were totally on point. They come with this amazing ginger fish sauce that just elevates everything, and a little side of chicken onion salad with herbs that’s super refreshing.
Oh, and a big shoutout to the service! You know how sometimes Vietnamese spots aren’t exactly known for their customer service? Well, this place breaks the mold. Everyone was super friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. It was a really nice change of pace.
My kid, who’s usually a picky eater, absolutely crushed the sticky rice with fried chicken. That’s how you know it’s good!

Randomly found this place on google maps and decided to check it out on the way back to LA.

Overall very good stuff. The chicken was super flavorful. Both boiled chicken with the pho-like soup, and the fried chicken (which tasted a lot of five spice chicken).

We were seated next to a Viet family who spoke highly of the food as well.

Would recommend. Parking is a little hard in this strip mall btw.

My buddy and I have been searching for a Pho Ga place for a while now, and we believe we’ve found the place. Legit taste filled with flavor. Their dressing of chicken on the side is much different than the past places we’ve dined at. Definitely a keeper.
