I’ve worked nearby this Subway for a few years. In that time, service has always been hit or miss. Really depends on the staff for that day. The past few times I’ve been in, I’ve had to wait for someone to come out from the back or not been served at all after standing around for 5 minutes. It’s the lunch hour, the desk should be manned. If you’re already shopping in Walmart, it’s convenient, but if you need to stop in on lunch for a quick meal, take your money elsewhere.

Me and my husband went here for dinner. We ordered take out for 6PM. When we arrived at 6:04 for the pickup, there was two people in line and she was just finishing up making my sub. When she finished, she handed me my sub and then my husband told her that he also had one. She said she was going to serve the people in line first. Not sure why since we had our scheduled pick up for 6… but we sat down. The worker proceeded to make the two people in lines sandwiches and THEN proceeded to serve 5 MORE people in line, before making my husbands. He eventually got his takeout order at 6:40PM. We would have been better off getting in line….. The worker was so rude and not understanding that serving people after we got there was out of line. Do not go here.

Just got robbed at subway at Walmart. Portions decreased prices increased. Asked for double steak. Got charged for double steak. Definitely didn’t get a double portion of steak. Paid 20 dollars for a sub par sandwich. This location does not stand up to subway’s ethics and should be shut down until competent management can take over. This location is a disgrace

Employee accused a customer of stealing a fountin drink despite the fact the fountain was out of order…. I ordered the new footling dipper with cheese and peperoni. There was no cheese and like maybe 3 or 4 pepperoni. It was just a flat bread with a few pepperoni, and that was all. Employee instantly went to the back anytime she was done with a customer, so anyone needing assistance had to wait. Didn’t wash hands before starting food. Just put on gloves and started. Sinks are provided up front for Employees to wash hands before they touch the line.

Attempted to have lunch here at 11:15 on a Saturday 2/3/24 and the girl comes out from the back saying “oh I forgot to put up the closed sign, I’m going on my break I’ll be back in 15 to 20 minutes”. I understand people need breaks but why in the beginning of a lunch rush would you close the store and make people wait 20 minutes? Most of us only get so long for our lunch.

We ordered a sandwich and the bread was really dry and hard. I went to order more and the the guy was very unfriendly and we felt like we were bothering him both times. I then ordered 3 more footlongs and so he can get all the bread.I mentioned to him that we would like 2 cold cuts and the other one will be 1/2 meat ball and the other half ham. He said, you can’t have a footling like that and I said that I ordered it that way so we had all the bread and I knew it has to be cut in have and charged separately!! Then he said well, I can only use 1 coupon! So I told him that I will go elsewhere and we left. I was kinda frustrating it forced us to go to another location!!!

My chef made me 2 really good sandwiches, better than most. The only issue was I had a large piece if lettuce core with something dark in it in my sandwich. Other than that all was good. Don’t think it was intentional, just something a machine spit out. Service was very friendly.

Every time we come here the staff never treat us with respect. They are impatient and get frustrated easily if you don’t know everything you want right off the top of your head. They are very rude one even went as far as to whistle at me when it came time to the vegetables to get my attention. Their only saving grace is that they make good sandwiches. They need to be updated on customer service and their protocols for making food.

Ordered 3 footlong sandwiches through the app. All 3 had the wrong toppings. Two of them had all of the toppings switched between the sandwiches (steak toppings on chicken sandwich and vice versa. Contacted the store via email, the owner replied once and have not gotten a response since, ever after several follow up emails.
