I visited this location to pick up a mobile order and provided my order number. The employee assisting me responded rudely, stating that the name on the order was required and dismissively saying, “good night.” When I then gave her the name, she sighed loudly and remarked, “whew child. I guess you can pull around”
At the pickup window, I was not greeted. (Will say one lady who was bagging the food seemed to be nice to my pup in the car)Shortly after, another car pulled up behind me, and I overheard staff complaining and speaking negatively about both myself and the other customer for just simply being there . At that time, there were only two cars in line. I ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes and received nearly every item in my order incorrectly. At that point, I did not feel comfortable going inside to have the order corrected.
Additionally, I was charged $9.19 for a 1/4 pound of shrimp but received what appeared to be only about maybe 10 small pieces of shrimp and mostly crumbs.
I paid extra for an extra breast and didn’t receive it, also orders half spicy and half classic but there’s no way of telling what is what because they didn’t divide it , label it or anything. They were also out of chicken fillets for the chicken sandwiches I guess so they use chicken tenders Instead. So the only correct thing with the large Cajun fry and the biscuits:)

Waited in line for 20 minutes (only 1 car in front of me) to receive my slinky tenders with the breading completely falling off. Also the fries were overdone and clearly had been cooked in old oil. I just wanted dinner for the night and didn’t realize how poorly my order was made. Probably not gonna risk going here again.

Drive thru order. 2 piece white combo with 2 biscuits. Simple order. I received 2 wings and 1 biscuit. Was also charged $1 for “Charity Donation”. No idea what that is. This is very disappointing. I came to this location because it’s normally better than Commerce. Not anymore. Hopefully they will make this right. I would love to be able to update this with a positive outcome.

Last few times I went, they were out of chicken and it was going to be a 15 minute wait. The last time I went, they didn’t inform me of the wait until after i waited in line at the drive thru was at the window. Don’t bother going unless you want to wait a long time for food. Plenty of other fried chicken places nearby and that are a lot faster.

I’m usually shy about going to Popeyes, during my UberEats days I had to only accept one person order because all the other Popeyes take so long as if they just gutted the bird the moment you placed your order. I was at the drive-thru, and the timing was reasonable. I wasn’t too familiar with the menu, so they were really sweet and understanding over the mic. If I messed things up, they also gave me a recommendation. The way they made the chicken tenders moist as if I were at Canes.
They had the loveliest crew for a Sunday afternoon, and I am Truly Blessed to have such a wonderful crew.

Ordered online. Waited 30 to go pick up Like always when I arrived i was rudely told to wait. The ticket is never even pulled. Manager is all attitude everytime I go. Then got my order and like always it was wrong. I let them know and was rudely told to wait again. Then I got it and like usual it was missing 2 items. Then from the back the manager yelled whats wrong now ! I told her the she slid the item on the counter while yelling curse words about another customer who’s order was also wrong calling him names and using f word loud. I can’t even take my kids there anymore. But yet all these complaints and nothing changes. Owner states on reviews that they will let management know but when its the manager being rude to customers then what ? Very appalling but like always these issues wont be resolved.

So I was on my home after an eight hour shift in the operating room .
I didn’t want to cook . I wanted Popeyes Spicy Chicken Tender meal , that was my order, along with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy , Red Beans & Rice , and Cole Slaw .
When I got home with my drive through order, the Chicken was not only not Spicy – it was Cold – not Fresh .
If I order food , I expect it to first of all Fresh , secondly to be what I ordered .
The rest of the order was correct . I however , did not enjoy the Popeyes I had enjoyed in the past .
I orders aren’t what we’re ordered .
The food was Cold . It was not good .
If I could understand how people are not able to give you what you order , I would have the answer .
Therefore, I won’t be placing any future orders in Braselton, GA .

Three months ago, this would have been a better rating and review. But as of 5/14/24 at 7:09PM, this location has totally let me down. The chicken seems to be low quality and just sitting out. This is the worst review I’ve ever given a Popeyes. Also it looks like management has changed around, and not for the better I see. Do better, Popeyes
