Dropped in here today for a little sustenance on our travels and it was very warm and welcoming environment.
As always Tim Hortons big box chain from Canada hit the nail on the head with this place it’s Makaveli clean upscale friendly employees high energy everything you could want for breakfast shop.
So if you’re in Northwest Columbus the Hilliard area specifically we would highly recommend this as a great stop with great food

I don’t understand how you as a cook can see this and think it’s ok to give it to the customer, just feel like I got skimmed really bad.
B.E.L.T. stands for Bacon, Egg, Letuce and Tomato wich I got almos none and to top it off they forgot the biggest source of protein on the whole thing, the egg. Disastrous, I’m going to any of the other places up the road next time.

Coffees good but but not a good value over the last few years. I’ve been a customer for 30+ years and find the bonehead and their management that decided the polivy to charge 60 cents for a cup of tap water very disgusting and insulting to their customers. there should be a class action movement to pressure them to end this customer unfriendly practice. I’ve been shifting business to McDonald’s and other fast food restaurants in my protest.

Decided to make a quick Pitt stop in here this morning for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and friendly even tho they were clearly understaffed. Service was decently fast with said circumstances. Would be a 5 star but I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich. Still ate it and it was delicious. I’d stop back in again.

Extremely slow. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get a dozen donuts, that the staff ended up picking for me when I was going to choose. Forgot the rest of the order, which was one donut, then I leave come to find out I was given the wrong coffee too!

I come in almost every morning, and I get a iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and cold foam. Every time I come to this location, they do not give me the espresso I paid for and gave me nothing but milk. When I said something to them, she dumped the espresso out on top of the cold foam and added another shot. She was rude and so was the guy at the window because she got attitude with him. You have two good workers there one she is very nice and she greets you every morning with a smile, and the other is your order is very nice. They usually work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I’m tired of paying for extra and not receiving it. It should be really dark since I ordered four shots of espresso and below is what I got.
