Oh my. It was worth stopping here. We were heading back to our home from OBX and decided to take a break for lunch. What a find! Smashers has perhaps the best smash burger I have ever eaten. It has the “lace” you want and the texture is perfect.
Toppings did not overwhelm the burger. I recommend smasher sauce. Excellent.
Fries were unique- I ordered a small and the serving was very generous and plenty.
Parking is easy. Plenty of outdoor dining area also.

Burger was delicious 9/10, fries were a nah for me, they just tasted like grease 3/10, milkshake was a 7/10. Pretty pricey for the serving, workers were nice, waited 25 minutes for 2 meals, only would recommend the burger.

3.5 out of 5 if I could. Place was ok, nothing fantastic, wanted to try a different burger place. We ordered takeout. The burger was a 4, fries a 3. They are trying too hard to be like five guys imho, 5Gs is way better. I really liked the smash patties, but, getting it to-go made things a bit messy. Burgers were dripping in grease and wrapped in a small square of foil smashing the bun and veggies. I wish they used shredded iceberg bc the green leaf was extremely wilted and had to toss it. I literally cannot eat a burger without lettuce. The fries were seasoned well, but, reminded me of McDonald’s and you don’t get enough of them. Luckily, I received 25% off through the app as a 1st time order and it was still $40 for 2 triples and large fries. That’s not terrible, but, I’ll stick to the OG, 5Gs. Overall, they are still worth a try. Maybe just eat in.

Love this place and the food. Got to say hi to the owner and he is so kind. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and fast. My husband and I brought our sister and her husband today and they loved it just as much as we did. Thankyou for such a great atmosphere.

5 star smash burgers. Fries are great too. Was in for a concert from well out of town, saw them in insta, and could not miss this one. Their masterclass in social network advertisement is only rivaled by the superior quailty of their burgers. Got to meet Henry the owner, nice guy, taller irl. Worth the trip.

This is a great restaurant for smash burgers. The burgers are served basic with no requirements for anything on it. You tell them what you would like on it (they have a full list of things to add) and their most popular way is “smasher style” with grilled onions, pickles, and smasher sauce with cheese. It’s delicious and I go practically weekly. Their fries are peeled, sliced whole potatoes. If you’re not a fan of fries from five guys, you probably won’t like the fires here. Amazing service and served quickly!

Burgers are great! Just check your burger before you leave if you’re getting takeout. Paid extra for bacon on two burgers and didnt realize it wasn’t on our burgers until we were already home. Sucks because we left a good tip but other than that two thumbs up.

I thought this place was a chain. It is not—in fact, it’s much better. Probably the best smash burger I have ever had. I was honestly taken away by how fresh the meat was. I WISH it was a chain around me. Anyways, go if you can. Tucked away by a shopping center and has a great backstory. Good stuff.

I work down the street and we will get office lunches from here frequently and the food and service has always been great! Ordering online is nice and knowing we will get fresh fries every time is even better! Our orders have always been correct and never missing anything!
