Five stars. The drive-thru was busy as hell, but personally I don’t care for eating food handed through a tiny window like I’m feeding a raccoon in a parking lot. Inside was completely deserted — which is perfect, because busy outside means the grill is getting absolutely abused by a cook flipping burgers like his life depended on it, so everything’s fresh.
I went to take a leak and by the time I came back my order was already waiting for me like The Flash had just picked up a shift here. Fries looked great, were hot, and hit exactly the way McDonald’s fries are supposed to. Burgers were solid and exactly what you expect from a good franchise.

McDonald’s food taste is generally consistent since it’s a franchise, so I’m not commenting on the taste. My concern is purely about the service at this location.
They didn’t provide any napkins or paper towels. After eating, I had to drive my car without even being able to clean my hands — that’s not acceptable. Later, I noticed the napkins were missing completely.
The packing was very poor. The burgers were collapsed and thrown into the box without proper arrangement. It didn’t even feel like eating a burger — I had to arrange everything myself before eating. If customers have to assemble their own food, it defeats the purpose of ordering.
I’m not blaming McDonald’s as a brand, but the service quality at this location was really disappointing. This may not happen to everyone, but this was my experience, and it honestly felt careless.
Service matters just as much as food. I hope this location improves attention to basic customer needs.

Every time I go to this location, they mess up a small portion of my order. Normally things like missing sauces aren’t a big enough deal to write a review about, but last night I had a horrible experience at this location. My burger came out extremely undercooked, which I only found out after I had already taken a bite. Normally I don’t mind pink in my burgers, but never from a fast food restaurant! Not only that, but they gave me the wrong drink. After telling them what drink I actually ordered, the worker seemed very impolite. I’m not gonna snitch or anything because they fixed my drink immediately after letting them know, but it was very disappointing to have that experience immediately be followed up by a mouthful of raw meat (lol)

Took close to 10 minutes to get our food with only us in the restaurant. When we finally do get our food, highly disappointed in the egg portion (smallest I’ve ever seen) and ONE piece of bacon on a platter that cost $8!? To top it off, my breakfast sandwich bottom was burnt…. Disappointing to say the least.

Pulled up to the drive-thru window. Ordered a number one with a Coke. No receipt was given. When I pulled up to the window to pick up the order I was told to pull the bay number three. I sat in Bay number three for over 15 minutes. Never got my food. I went inside to get a refund or to get my food and was told that I could not have my food or a refund unless I proved that I bought the order with the receipt since no receipt was given. How can I prove with the receipt? The manager finally gave me a refund. I would not suggest eating at this at this McDonald’s because this is the worst run location I have ever seen in my entire life. I thought Burger King was bad but McDonald’s just took the trophy

I went ahead and placed and order as usual using the app, my kids been wanting the Grinch Meals and we went ahead and did that. We ordered two large ones, one with nuggets, and one with a Big Mac. Besides that we order a quarter pounder deluxe medium meal and a double cheeseburger. Regular dinner for four.
We arrive at the store, parked and 15 minutes after we received a notification that our food was ready at the counter. Went inside with my daughter and no food was there, several other customers having the same issue. Time keeps passing by and the manager approaches me, I tell him my order was supposedly ready and just wanted to pick it up. He tells me that if I had Grinch meals I had to accept the food without any grinch related items because they were sold out. He was saying that while still full filing orders that included the item and with a very aggressive tone.
Almost an hour waiting to leave with a refund, no food and disappointed kids. Something that couldve been easily handled if they make those disabled from the menu due to being sold out but I dont believe that because they were still being served.
Mediocre staff, incompetence at their finest, had to leave without food, being yelled at in front of my kids, and what was supposed to be a fun dinner was a terrible experience. Ill be sure to make this public in a review as well.

Just went through the drive through, 2 cars in the line before us. We were asked to go park around the corner, which we then proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. Meanwhile 10 additional vehicles received their food while we sat there. We ordered 1 mcdouble and 1 hot n spicy. Finally someone came out to us, with the wrong order… Went back inside, and came back out, still with the wrong order. He went back inside and we sat there 10 additional minutes before we had to stand at the windows by the locked door to get their attention. Yes they did give us a refund, but we left hungry and annoyed with the hour they just wasted of our time. To add to the situation, they were not even apologetic at all. Bad customer service all the way around.

I waited in the second drive thru line for about 5 mins both lines were pretty long I was next to the speaker when a worker came out and put cones in front of my car and gestured with his hands the lane was closed. Mind you there was a whole line behind me still you absolutely cannot do that. So I proceeded to the window to place my order and was met with the sweetest most helpful pleasant worker named Cesar. We come here often for Frappes and thats all I was ordering was 1 frappe and he took care of it. He is the most pleasant person and he makes mcdonalds trips the best!

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Melissa, and it was a completely new experience. The place has been totally renovated with modern, colorful decor that feels bright and welcoming. What really stands out is the open kitchen; it’s a bustling, loud, and exciting environment that shows just how busy they are. The service was fantastic—the staff was friendly and attentive, and they even brought my order right to the table. I tried the Steak McMuffin, and it was delicious. The entire atmosphere makes you forget you’re at a McDonald’s; it truly feels like a neighborhood restaurant. The friendly service and unique environment were the best parts of my visit.
