i’ve avoided this location because of the reviews, but accidentally placed a door dash delivery order from this location last week and ended up having the best chicken burrito i’ve ever had from chipotle! and i eat chipotle multiple times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. ❤️

decided to place my pick up order from here today, but quickly regretted it. first off, the inside is actually nice, modern and pretty clean. (compared to the shopper’s world location which is a mess) the food, however, was a miss today. the only thing that was okay was my chicken burrito. ordered a carne asada quesadilla and the meat was so over cooked it literally looked black on the outside. (pics for proof) it’s borderline inedible. bag of tortillas chips is mostly soft, half cooked tortilla chips that also lack the signature chipotle lime salt seasoning. the guac tastes like so much onion! no acidity from lime, no salt, just onion.

i’d recommend sticking to shopper’s world location for now because it’s just consistent. i know this place is new, but hire people that actually know how to cook and season food, pls.

Maybe the bad reviews is from when they first opened. But I’ve been to this Chipotle two times within the past week recently and all I can say is it is wonderful! The staff was super friendly and the portions are amazing. I placed a takeout pickup order the first time coming here and had to open the bag to see if they skimped on the portions, like some of the other reviews said. Nope! I was full to the top and looked super fresh, that I had to turn around and grab another bowl since only my family members got one each but not me. Went back again two days later and got the same friendly service and wonderful fresh options. Thank you! Now I have a closer chipotle to go to now. Love it! (Sorry the pic is from after I already started digging in. Was a lot prettier when I first opened it.)

Asked for options for just white rice for my autistic child. Wanted a bigger portion than a side. Can’t use the bowls, need to be small sides container. Opted for the kids meal and asked for more rice, they wouldn’t give me the protein option because I had extra rice. Paid $6.99 kids meal for just white rice. Would not be coming back here again for the attitude received. I don’t mind paying for the corporate driven menu options but the attitude was not what a respectful customer should receive.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from management – extremely disappointed

I am writing this review about the Chipotle at 573 Worcester Rd #2, Framingham, MA (Route 9), a brand-new location, and I am beyond disappointed with what I witnessed today.

I was helped by an associate named Leticia, who was absolutely AMAZING. She was polite, professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I simply asked for extra cheese on my bowl, and she did exactly what a good employee should do — she listened to the customer and did her job well.

The problem started when the manager, Rafael, stepped in as she was closing my bowl. He began humiliating and mistreating her in Portuguese, clearly assuming the customer would not understand what he was saying. Unfortunately for him, I do understand Portuguese fluently, and I understood everything he said.

What I heard was disrespectful, degrading, and completely unprofessional. He was speaking poorly to his employee for doing nothing more than following a customer request. A manager should lead, inspire, and support their team, not bully them, especially not in another language to try to hide it from customers.

I immediately defended Leticia and told Rafael — in Portuguese — that I understood him and that his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of correcting himself, he became arrogant, rude, and even more unprofessional toward me, the customer.

I was so uncomfortable watching him mistreat his employee that I actually asked the cashier to charge me for the extra cheese, just so Leticia wouldn’t get in trouble — that should NEVER be necessary.

Leticia did nothing wrong. She deserves recognition.
Rafael, on the other hand, should not be a manager at this location or anywhere in Chipotle. His behavior was embarrassing for the company and completely against what Chipotle stands for.

I love Chipotle. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But I am honestly shocked and disgusted that Chipotle would allow a manager like this to represent the brand. This man should not be in a leadership role, period.

Do better. Employees deserve respect.

Tastes good. Tastes like chipotle. You just won’t get much. Smallest portions out of any chipotle I have ever been to. Want a normal portion of protein? They’ll charge you for double protein. Sorry I want more than a tablespoon of chicken

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to give this new location a try, ordered a large chips and salsa with my bowl (fresh tomato salsa). Was told by manager can only have one small cup, can not use the larger one even if I pay extra which I offered. Claim there is no item they can use for a large cup that is only for guacamole, which is complete nonsense. Every other location I’ve gone to they are happy to let me buy a larger amount of salsa. They wonder why these locations close so quickly, it’s due to rude staff and terrible management!

They are stingy with their portions! Otherwise, the atmosphere is very nice & clean expectantly considering it’s a new location. The staff is nice & cordial. The food taste great! But the portions are small! I am spending my $ for a moderate amount that makes sense ~ not stingy portions. Might as well go to Shoppers World location, unless this location improves on serving appropriate portion sizes!

Don’t even bother coming here. Go to shoppers world.

First off, I ask for a steak burrito. Portions are next to nothing. I get no rice, lettuce, cheese or guacamole. I’m not sure who trained these guys but step it up. I eat at chipotle like 10x a month, and I’m never stingy. This was ridiculous, especially for $14.

Secondly, my burrito is half wrapped into a ball that just fell apart. It’s like they didn’t even try

Thirdly, they’re out of water cups. Not the type of guy to fill it with soda, I don’t even like soda. So I proceed to ask for regular cup so my mouth isn’t on fire. Nope, get blown up at and told I need to pay the $2 for the cup. Not happening.

Literally just drive the extra 5 minutes down the road.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Chipotle location was very uncomfortable due to the behavior of the manager, Mariana. I witnessed her mistreating a shift leader in front of everyone — the employee was being extremely polite and professional with customers, yet she was publicly humiliated. It was very upsetting to see.

The rest of the staff are great — hardworking, respectful, and efficient. The restaurant itself is clean and visually pleasant, but the manager’s attitude completely ruins the atmosphere. Mariana is not only disrespectful to her team but also rude to customers, creating a very negative environment.

If this kind of leadership continues, the store may lose both excellent employees and loyal customers. A healthy workplace starts with respectful leadership — and that is clearly missing here.

I was so excited to see this place open up. I have been here now 5 times and each time something goes wrong. The staff is very nice but not trained and not customer oriented. They mistakenly charged me for twice for something. When I pointed it out they said sorry for the mistake but could not reimburse me and just gave me an extra. This was v annoying. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal. You nickel and dime people for add ons and then can’t even reimburse them when you make a mistake… have never heard of that. The lettuce is always half old and going bad. One time the guacamole was brown — when I asked if they had fresher guacamole they just looked at me and shrugged. The individual workers aren’t the issue it’s the training and management. I won’t be returning.
