5 stars for Atlanta, but maybe 4 stars if compared to other cities or countries.
We only ordered 3 dishes since we weren’t that hungry, but the portions were generous.
The boiled beef wasn’t as soupy as usual and the starch was a bit thick, but the flavor was excellent—well balanced with spice, numbing, and depth.
The bamboo, tofu, and pork dish is a very classic Chinese homestyle plate, and they did a great job on it.
The Hong Kong crispy shrimp was okay but relatively pricey. I was expecting more garlic and bean crisps, but it came mainly with dry onions.
Maybe I sound a bit harsh, but this is still one of the OG authentic Chinese spots in Atlanta. If you’re craving real Chinese food, this is the place to go!

Amazing food!! So fresh and flavorful. The gave us some delicious tea. The staff is very friendly and the location is beautiful. During our visit, there must have been some emergency? Either the owner or big boss was screaming at the staff in the kitchen. A lot, it was distracting to our meal. Not sure what happened there. But the food was good so we are going to come back lol

If you are looking for amazing Chinese Cuisine in Duluth, GA, look no further. You will certainly find it right here at the Sichuan House. Upon entering Sichuan House I was made feel Welcome from all the staff. I had arrived very late and was worried that I may get to be seated. Actually quite the opposite I got seated immediately and the service was beyond awesome. Everything from the appetizers to the Main Course was absolutely amazing. The restaurant is very clean and you immediately can tell everyone takes a lot of pride in both their work and restaurant. The presentation was beyond awesome and the food tasted so fresh and delicious. The portions were perfect also. As stated in the above if you are look for amazing Chinese Cuisine in Duluth, GA, look no further. I also had the opportunity to talk to the owner of the restaurant and was thrilled to let him know that I was thrilled to have had the chance to visit the Sichuan House. It was great the owner even gave some great recommendations for my next visit to his amazing restaurant. This restaurant definitely rates five stars and more. Looking forward to my next visit in the near future.

This is an excellent Chinese restaurant that features an extensive menu with American Chinese and Authentic Chinese dishes. We had Dumplings, Kung Pao Chicken (Sichuan Style), Cumin Beef, Green Beans (Sichuan Style), and Mixed Vegetables. Everything we sampled was delicious with excellent flavor and the perfect blend of spices. My recommendation is to eat there with a group of 6-8 people and sit at a lazy susan table. Each person can order a dish or two to be shared with everyone. This restaurant is a family style restaurant where each dish is enough to be shared with a group of people.

Such a wonderful experience ~ the older gentleman who greeted us and checked up on us continuously throughout the visit was so sweet and really made the trip worth it.
Things you should know:
I. PARKING
Sichuan House is within a plaza and shares a FREE public parking lot with the adjacent businesses. Easy.
II. SERVICE
Timely, accommodating, and personable. The sole reason I gave this restaurant it’s rating.
III. QUALITY
I’ve had a fair share of Chinese food from countless experiences with exchange students and close friends. I would rate this as mediocre; however, we only tried a couple dishes here so maybe we didn’t get the ideal ones.
IV. CAPACITY
Fair amount of seating available for dinner hours on a Saturday. We were happy there wasn’t a wait and we were seated right away!

Sichuan Spicy chicken had all the right flavors, and was deliciously spicy/numbing.. the steamed dumplings were also very good. We also ordered the beef and broccoli and it was also good. Service was fast and attentive, friendly, and was there when you needed them.

I very rarely give out five out of five stars but I can say with 100% certainty that this restaurant deserves it. No other restaurant has been able to create such unique and extraordinary tastes and flavours. Every dish has its own song to sing as it entices your taste buds, whether it be setting them on fire or taking them for a journey.
I highly recommend for friends/families/parties.
Very friendly staff and slightly higher prices. Overall I love this place.

If you love Sichuan food, then you’ll love the Sichuan House restaurant, tucked away in a strip mall! Personally, having lived in China, it does not get more authentic than this. This was my first time here, on my sons recommendation and I will definitely be back to sample many more dishes. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The food was flavorful and spicy just as it should be and instantly transported me back to my days in China! We ordered the tilapia with cabbage, fried chicken pieces Sichuan style, rice, spinach, beans with garlic and cumin lamb! Everything was absolutely delicious!

I don’t normally review any restaurant. But this restaurant is the worst and I need to warn everyone.
The food first of all is not fresh. As a Chinese, you can easily tell that they are just trying to use spice to cover it up.
Second, the waitress (who is also the owner’s wife) keeps telling us to order a fried pork. She started to criticize the food we ordered and over and over again trying to influence us to order the fried pork. She said “Fried pork is better than this, if you are smart, you should order fried pork instead”
Lastly, she forced us to give high tip while she didn’t even come to refill our water. (By the way, we tipped $15 on $150 bill, but the owner said that we should at least tip 18% and humiliated us)
