Edit: Well i came back again to give it another shot as the “owner” suggested. This time for lunch. Guess what….no tea. I just don’t understand how you can run out of the “Legndary iced tea.” I suppose the comments fall on deaf ears because I would think in a week you would have more tea. If it has run out then maybe you should have a production planner to ensure it was being made during peak times. If there is no tea to make well then that’’s purely a management issue. Maybe as the “owner” you might want to get more involved in the business like some franchises mandate (I know the number 1 franchise requires it). I am only one person and may not matter but looking at other reviews I can see I am not the only one that has recently had these issues. I was taught where there is smoke there is fire. I appreciate the reply but it seems that is all it was. To many chicken joints in Hartwell to put up with constantly having to adjust my order. Good luck with this establishment.
I read 3 signs that stated come on in , but guess what? they were open for business but the doors were locked , so I got back into my car and proceeded to the drive-thru line and when I placed my order of , two chicken biscuits and two side orders of buttered grits, the lady kind of bluntly says there not serving grits and then she completely talks over me saying , ( have a good day ) as if I didn’t want to order anything else? when she was finished being rude I replied I still would like to have two cajun chicken biscuits and she says okay have a good day very sarcastic as if I didn’t want to order anything with my chicken and biscuits which I wasn’t giving a chance to do so I was going to order cream potatoes and gravy but I thought to myself, the heck with it ✓ when I drove around to the window they said I didn’t order anything and that was a lie , I don’t know what their problem is was but
Hartwell Georgia Bojangles customer service skills really sucked today! kind of afraid to eat my biscuit now
