Panera is one of my favorite places. The You Pick Two concept is exceptional as is the sip club (although not the best coffee in town). The pastries are outstanding – have you tried their scones? The service at this particular Panera suffers a little bit. Rarely is there someone at the register (at least during breakfast), and sometimes you have to wait around for someone to realize you’re there. Getting a friendly smile and pleasant person is a toss up. I have the app and usually order ahead, but way too frequently the app tells me they are out of something (specifically bagels), only to walk in and see the trays full. The dining room atmosphere is nice, but the coffee area is not well kept. More often than not the half & half is empty and the sugar bin too. And, the counter always has coffee stains and is often sticky. Overall experience at this Panera is average, but there is so much potential to be better than average.

This location is very nice, and the employees are very nice. And this location is probably the nicest one I’ve been to in a while. The only problem is the food. It tastes good, but what is being charged and what you are getting is a bit ridiculous. I got one of the new sandwiches today, and it cost me a little over $11. When I got home, I was shocked when I opened it up and saw a toasted baguette with just 3 slices of tomato and a bit of melted cheese. Also, some random pieces of green leaves. Essentially, it was like I was just eating bread for $11. I will probably never buy their new sandwiches/melts after today. I know the cost of everything has gone up, but this is just not right. I do recommend their soups, though! That is definitely worth every penny.

Order was for take out. Baguette Caprese, with chicken that I pay extra for. I read the description on the website but this is not what is advertised. Very little tomato, little bit of lettuce, zero mozzarella or green goddess dressing, hot peppers, not sweet. Onion soup, two large, were good but very little cheese. Come on.

I loved my time at the restaurant because of the awesome food Carlos recommended me, and the overall great time he showed me and my family.

This is the worst Paneras I’ve ever been to. My order was to go and when I arrived at home to eat, what a disappointment. The sandwich I ordered had barely any chicken inside. Only half the sandwich had cheese, but there were enough tomatoes for three sandwiches. I love Paneras, but will never go to this location again.
