The audacity to serve this?! I mean the amount of syrup not mixed in is absurd. It’s either a decent trip to Dairy Queen or a bad one, I would avoid this location!

This Dairy queen is absolutely amazing they are so many very polite staff and this bussiness is very clean. I have seen some of the reviews but I will say the new owner goes way beyond to make his bussiness very nice. He is the nicest person you will meet he very respectful and treats his employees great. I recommend coming here and you wont be disappointed at all.I can promise you if they mess up on something they will always be up to fixing it and making it right.

I’ve always had good experiences here. I noticed some other reviewers saying they were upset that they couldn’t order off the full menu at five until close; I guess common courtesy is dead, because I’ve always been told not to walk into a place right before they close and order something complex. It’s just inconsiderate to the workers. Don’t do that and you’ll be fine. LOL.

Mocha moolatte tastes nothing like it should. I ordered a classic hot dog with ketchup and onion. I watched them take it directly from the microwave into a bag. I personally wasn’t expecting scalding hot ketchup and raw onion on top of my hot dog and asked for it to be made plain with the ketchup and onion on the side and for whatever reason they made it the exact same way again so I took the $2.50 loss and left without it. I didn’t think plain hot dog ketchup on side was too advanced of a request but I wasn’t waiting any longer to be disappointed further. Glad I don’t live around here anymore to have this location as the only close option.

All the staff members are very friendly especially when they greet you from walking in the door. The interior is very clean in the dining area and in the restroom. They are also very patient and very welcoming to their customers as well!

I came there all my life. I refuse to ever spend my money there again! Your employees refused to take my order, at 5 till close. Said i had to get a cone, cause god forbid your lazy employees have to clean again. You refused my order. You’ll never get my money again! Go to vances!

It’s really getting ridiculous that when you order a blizzard you get a cup of milk with add ins, if the machine is screwing up maybe the health department should get involved, if it’s the workers maybe fire them. And the management is God awful, I’d really like to hear from the owner at this point because it’s becoming repetitive

Go to Kent or Rootstown instead. I reviewed this location several months ago and I hoped it would get better but unfortunately it hasn’t. Half empty blizzards, negative workers with attitudes, putting the entire candy container in every blizzard, not listening to specific instructions. They also don’t listen to reviews and never fix anything. Please stop putting so much candy in the blizzards it’s disgusting, choose workers who don’t act like you’re bothering them by ordering ice cream, and actually fill the blizzard full. We miss the old ownership.

I am extremely disappointed, not satisfied at all!! I ordered a Blizzard cake and spent $29.99 and when I served it to my guests found it was Not a Blizzard cake. I do not like the regular DQ cake… not happy at all.

Wasn’t good!! Used my points for my free pretzels such a waste they tasted Doughy like not all the way done tasted real weird and I get my large Reese cup blizzard extra Reese’s and I open it there’s a lot of of Reese’s just sitting on top not properly mixed at all , I did ask for extra but that blizzard was not mixed good enough and it wasn’t filled all the way up it was close but not how it should be , another dq I’ve gotten the same thing and it’s always mixed really well filled all the way too the top , worse dq I’ve been too!
