Can you please tell me why there was a HUGE. DISGUSTING. COCKROACH. IN MY FOOD? I am disgusted. And she made me pay. Like are you serious. That was the biggest bug I have ever seen in my entire life. The cook was so nice, but our server was so inconsiderate and quite frankly, terrible. I ate. So much. Only to find an ecosystem in the bottom of my bowl. Like are you serious.

Better than expected.
We pulled in right during shift changeover but still got great service even with a newer employee they were training.
My parents hadn’t been in a long time and I had been craving S’mores waffle and since we don’t have one in San Antonio I was excited for my favorite meal of the day breakfast dinner. Steak and eggs is my favorite anytime of day and the waffles was better than expected.
My dad was happy with his plain waffle, and my mom enjoyed the burger with the good patty to bun ratio and at first didn’t think she would like the hash browns instead of fries but the hash browns were how she likes them so it was perfect.
All around a good stop.

I love the concept of Waffle House. Service is always exceptional especially at this one. Everyone working was accommodating and kind. The location was clean and close to our hotel. That being said; I hate Waffle House food and this was no exception so I don’t want to comment on the food. If you like Waffle House then you know what to expect and you know what you like. It was not my choice to go there but I still ate and it’s always an enjoyable experience but I’m sorry; the food just isn’t for me.

5:30 and no dining in only window service. This ain’t McD’s Alabama its Waffle House. As a retired jet engine rep I’ve been eating at WH almost every morning all across America this Alabama is a first. Extremely weak customer service.

Currently nobody is behind the counter. Saw co-workers outside in the back area staring at me while me and another customer went inside, so I know they saw us come in. It has been 15 minutes now, and still …nobody to help take the customer who walked in at the same time as me nor mines order. You have an obligation to work a certain job, we all do. If you can’t do the job, and if you just don’t want to do it, then don’t do the job, don’t even think about applying. It’s not hard. Common sense. Manager should be seeing this and think about who she/he is hiring, and take precautions and action for moments like these. When this place (if it already hasn’t) hits the hay one day, you will know and see why. Disrespectful.
