The ice tea is only colored sugar water. When you cut corners on the tea and cannot afford to make the tea correctly. The tea should be completely removed from the store as a offered item. It takes a proper mixture of tea and water to serve up the best tea. Just awfully done wrong with the tea.

I was very impressed by this KFC. Had a little mishap with my order. I spoke with the manager, Miss Brown. She Exemplified great management .Not only did she rectify the problem her and her staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased. You don’t see good customer service like that anymore, but I want them to know that it’s appreciated. There are people that still hold you to high standards. You passed. Thank you and Happy New Year.

Mmm. Well. I was going to get some food and this one person was RUDE. there were chairs that were every which kinda way. Not pushed in. Don’t get me started on the employee. I had to bring my food back because the fries they gave me was stale. Instead of remaking it with a good customer service attitude, they were complaining about having to remake them. Do not visit this location if you want fresh food and good customer service.

Well, let me start off with saying I have not ate at KFC in years probably over 5 years. And today, I had a taste for a chicken pot pie, because it’s all the Reid on Facebook right now. So, I had the chicken pot pie, but no chicken, not one piece of chicken in the whole entire pie. But I will say it had a lot of good flavor in it. My family did also get chicken and they enjoyed their food. We spent around $38. Let’s just say I will not be purchasing the chicken pot pie ever again.

Your employees are great I wish I could say the same about the food. Common kfc I ordered chicken tenders n got what I wouldn’t even call chicken fingers. $10 meal not worth it because kfc is being to cheap too but quality meat to serve its guests. I can buy 20pc huge tenders wedges an 2 drinks for $25 at a gas station in Denton. How is a national company letting a gas station do better I mean common. Give customers their money’s worth make the strips like it was in the 90s actual meat an not all crispy skin.
