I visited the Koffee Kuppe last night for dinner (around 6:30pm) and was met with some of the worst customer service that I have ever received. The male worker (I think his name is Chris) was not pleasant whatsoever and was very obviously annoyed that I was placing an order 30 minutes before the restaurant was scheduled to close. I inquired about a menu item and was quite literally cut off by him part way through my question. He also did not ask if I wanted this order for dine in or take out. I sat at a table and was planning to eat at the restaurant, but was instead given my food in a to go bag. This was a very disappointing experience, as I have patronized this establishment for most of my life. I will definitely think twice before my next trip to this establishment, simply because of the atrocious customer service by Chris. If I were the owner of this establishment, I would be very concerned about how this employee is treating customers.

I love love love this place!!! Me and my bf have been going on dates here throughout our entire relationship and they always play the best music. Also the smoothies are sooo good! Service is amazing and we always order one smoothie but occasionally they’ll notice we’re splitting it and they’ll make two smaller smoothies in seperate cups and we love that!! Highly recommend!!

It was a rainy day in 1999. That’s the last time I was here. My mom and her friend; Angela, got coffee here and I got a massive chocolate chip cookie. I was 4 or 5. I really look forward to coming here again someday. They used to sell magazines here, too. I remember walking around with my giant cookie looking at all the magazine covers while my mom reminded me we look with our eyes, not our hands. I hope they still have massive cookies. Maybe next time I come here, it’ll be raining again so I can watch the water wash over the window just as magically as it did that day.

I took my mom here for her birthday lunch as she lives in the area. I had the pot roast sandwich and a cup of potato cream cheese soup. Both were fantastic! The beef was tender, the bread was slightly crispy and the aus jus had great beef flavor. The soup was creamy with just a hint of tang from the cream cheese. A fantastic meal and the staff are super nice as well. The cafe has a wonderful homey feel as well. A lovely place to relax and catch a bite to eat. They also serve sweet treats, ice cream, coffee drinks and French soda’s!

Stopped in to grab some lunch, and it was just so dang pleasant in there! I got the almond chicken croissant sandwich, and the iced tea. MOWIE WOWIE! They were both fantastic! The iced tea tastes fresh brewed too! Please go eat here. The pricing is also hella reasonable.

Very good coffee!! Love the PB cup! (They also have soy milk for coffees if requested.) They have great healthy breakfast and lunch/dinner options. They also have delicious-looking pastries and desserts. The service is friendly, and takes a moderate length of time to put an order together, appropriate to the fresh, healthy combinations assembled. I would allow 5-10 minutes for prep if taking a lunch to go from here.

If you’re looking for a tasty lunch and enjoy looking at old memorabilia then this is the place to visit. Fast friendly service. Great food !! Never disappointed. Love the wraps. Soup is always hot and tasty.
