I placed an order for delivery and when the doordash driver forgot half my order, I called the store and they fixed the issue right away and sent out the rest of my food! They were very pleasant and also offered me a free 2-liter even though it was the door dash driver who messed up!! Highly recommend!! Bonus the food is great!!

Don’t usually order from them as there is one closer to our house but they closed before I got off work. The dough on BOTH of the subs I got were completely raw. We could still play in it, the bottoms were soggy and it was stone cold. Couldn’t even eat it, it was like chewing gum. One was worse than the other. This is what I opened when I got home. A plain cheese pizza. How do you mess that up? Why did this make it into the box? Why not apologize for the wait and make a new one? Not sure what’s going on here. The pizza is usually PERFECT. I’ve even called them to let them know how great it was. Tonight I’m very disappointed. There was a chemical taste , the pizza wasn’t cooked through and the toppings were minimal. Hope you guys get back to your glory soon. Feeling like I threw money away tonight. Poor customer service. My pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and Iris said I can come and get another one and this pizza I got was still not cook all the way. The cheese is not melted, and it’s not fully hot. The person who is cooking these pizzas is no good. I will be reaching out to OSHA AND HR.
