Came in for lunch and the restaurant was empty and quiet. Later, another family came in. Service was friendly and efficient with minimal wait (we got our drinks first). Men’s bathroom was clean and I appreciated the hot water in the sink. Pizzas were excellent!

reached out to me today and offered to redo my previous order for free. She was very understanding, apologetic, and she was very polite. She was also very quick, she reached out to me around 10:30am and had everything ready at 11:00am for carry out. The sauce amount was perfect(my partner and I always order extra sauce) both pizzas and breadsticks were cooked perfectly, perfect amount of cheese, the sauce types were correct. Oh my gosh and we actually got our toppings! Compete 180° from what we normally get. 10/10 some of the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had
Past review: Please actually listen to what the customer ordered. I’ve tried ordering several times pizza a certain way, and it’s offered without even having to specify, and every single time it doesn’t happen and the pizza is just gross. Most recently one pizza was over baked and the other was underbaked and neither had the correct customizations, and the breadsticks tasted like they had been sitting out for hours??? Nothing about it was appetizing, and whenever it comes to wanting extra or light anything they never deliver even if you’re PAYING for it. Whether it’s a topping, sauce amount, or cheese amount, this location is god awful at paying attention to the customer’s order. Every time you go in the staff are lifeless, no matter how friendly you try to be towards them they act like it would kill them to even respond to a “hello” or “thank you”, if you say anything they visibly frown and just respond “name.” They act so miserable you can feel that everyone hates their life before you even walk in, and it’s expressed on the outside as well. There’s always litter everywhere. This is not how a business should be taken care of. This location severely needs better management, and obviously the staff is miserable and needs better pay, because they surely won’t ever earn a tip from most people.

Placed a pick up order online. Food was ready when it said it would be. It was hot and exactly what we ordered. Good pizza, breadsticks, pasta, and brownie. Staff was friendly on pick up. We decided to eat there, the store and bathrooms were clean.

Staff is always friendly. We stop here regularly now. Ingredients seem fresh and pizza is always hot at pick up. Continue the great work !

I hoped our local Hut would do a follow up questionnaire post pick up but they did not, sadly I think I need to do this. We ordered several things, wings ok( minimal sauce), baked pasta and breadsticks good, PIZZA awful! See pictures attached. The pizza was so burned, both top and bottom it reminded us of jerky. We chose not to eat it, it was that bad.I understand bad things happen, but whoever put this pie in the box and served it did not care how Pizza Hut was represented. This is sad and left us very frustrated.

Once again pizza hut has delivered me the wrong pizza and refuses to answer their phone. The service is just disappointing. Several times now they have brought me someone else’s order and leave me on hold. At one point ive called up to 10x just to talk to someone and never have. Today, pizza was delivered 20 minutes ago and I still cannot get through to anyone. This company doesnt appreciate their customers and I will not waste my money anymore.

Pizza Hut is very Good. Clean and pleasant place to eat with the family. Staff is friendly and when I order my food delivery always delivered with a smile and my food is hot. Nice Job Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut is a delicious choice.

The people where friendly and their service fast. I ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeno with light sauce and bread sticks. The toppings where spread nice. That’s about all I can say good. My problem is the pizza was 33 percent crust and that the center of the pizza did not have cheese on it. My only problem with the breadsticks is that the sauce did not have much flavor to it.
