Jersey Mike’s is honestly one of my favorite spots to grab a quick sandwich. I always get the club because it never misses, but they’ve got a ton of solid cold and hot options too.
This location is awesome — the staff is super friendly and they get your food out fast.

We were passing through town and usually stop at Jersey mikes locations when on road trips because the sandwiches are great. Unfortunately we picked the wrong location this time. It was about 5:30 pm on 12/27/25 and we walked in to order. There was a younger male and female employee behind the counter and a manager or supervisor sitting out front at a table working on paperwork. There were no other customers inside at all. We stood at the order area for several minutes without being acknowledged at all and it clearly wasn’t because it was busy. Finally the younger male says hang on a minute so we stood there another couple minutes and neither person still took our order. We finally walked out and went somewhere else to eat. I noticed several of your lower reviews noted customer service as a problem and your response is always we will review and work on it, but it seems to be still showing up. I also noticed security cameras so it should be pretty easy to confirm which employees and my description of events. This location would have corrected these customer service problems by now given the low reviews lately. You might want to look a little higher up to see where this starts. Maybe the owner encourages this or doesn’t care who knows, but it seems to be allowed given the length of time it has continued. As a business owner it’s pretty difficult to make money when your customers walk out or can’t even order. We still plan on stopping at Jersey mikes but will be choosing a different shop next time.

I went through the drive through Thursday August 21. The employee who took my order was super nice and professional. I ordered a turkey sandwich. I unfortunately had driven off and ate part of the sandwich when I realized there was a blob of pink substance hanging off the bread. I truly have no idea what this substance is but I assume it’s possibly an uncooked meat product. It is goopy/ slimy and much more pink than the turkey on the sandwich.
Needless to say to say.. this was a disturbing sandwich experience and I hope it doesn’t make me sick.

I’ve lost faith in this location specifically with the drive thru service. Last 3 visits my order has been incorrect. I get mistakes are made and I’m pretty understanding with them 3x back to back though leads me to believe there is a problem that needs addressed. I won’t gamble the drive thru here anymore as that is the common denominator I see which for me will likely mean less visits overall cause I’ll be honest way less likely to get out of my car for a sandwich on my way to work or on lunch….

If you’re going to offer curbside pickup, please honor it. I waited 15 minutes after my pickup time, assuming they were busy. Then after getting fed up of waiting, walked in and saw my sandwich sitting in the bag. My receipt said “CURBSIDE” on it twice. I’m not trying to be uppity or demanding. With kids in the car, curbside truly is the best option sometimes. Please do what you say you’ll do.

Placed my order over 40 minutes ago in the drive through line, and I have been waiting at the window in my car this entire time! Bunch of cars behind me too. I’ve had so much time sitting here that I can write a review, and it’s exactly what I’m doing. It’s literally midday. This is the worst fast food ordering experience I’ve ever had. Going to be late going back to work as well. Can’t even drop off lunch for my pregnant wife during my lunch break anymore. Brigham City Jersey Mikes this is literally unacceptable. It’s been another 10 minutes since I started writing this review and I’m still at the drive through window. Been about 50 mins now. Super late for work.

Never been treated so rude by the lady at the front counter, and how many times do you have to ask what kind of bread I want?
I understand there are a lot of options, but treating me like I’m asking for you for a blood sample just because of my bread choice is so frustrating. . . . THEN after that they STILL got the order completely wrong
(Oh and if you list a specialty sandwich on your menu that includes toppings, why do you ask for what toppings I want? I WANT THE SPECIALTY SANDWICH the way its worded ON YOUR MENU DUH)
Oh and thanks for launching a bag at my face when I asked for a bag to carry my 8 items out of the store.
