First time here. Not from this area. Colleague recommended this place for dinner or lunch. Good salad. Butternut squash soup was good.

Ordered folded flats and a pizza. The pizza was kept upright in the package maybe a mistake? Taste was good, but customer service could use some improvement

I love crushed red and I order from this location a few times a month. I have it delivered to my office. One time they forgot my dressing. I called and they told me I had to get a $5 refund through doordash. Still didn’t help that I didn’t have any dressing. Fine, people make mistakes. Well, it happened again last week. I don’t want a $5 refund, I want dressing. I’m at work, I don’t have dressing. So, I’m not ordering from this place again. With tip it’s $28. I think at that price they should check the orders a little more thoroughly.

This was my first visit to this franchise and probably my last. The menu is huge and I thought the “Two for You” option was a good choice to try two different things. For the sandwich I ordered a classic BLT. I don’t know about you but a BLT usually has bacon and this sandwich did have bacon. 1 piece, cut in half. Yes, one singular slice. Like if you buy a package of bacon, take a single slice, cut it in half so it gets more surface area and place 1 slice on a piece of bread, then you can call that sandwich a BLT. Barely any lettuce and 2, yes multiple tomatoes but lettuce was less than the amount of bacon, which was one (1) piece of bacon cut into two pieces so I guess you could say it was two pieces but in reality, it was really just one slice of bacon cut into 2 pieces. The other item was a BBQ Chicken Salad. It did have a good taste but it did not taste like BBQ. Now, that is a way to cook and a sauce so I guess they were referring to the cooking method because there was no hint in any way that this salad had a BBQ flavor. So my overall thoughts on this place? It’s very expensive and they don’t use any of the profits they generate to buy more bacon, (did I say there was one slice of bacon cut into two pieces on my sandwich?), nor do they have any BBQ sauce on their inventory order form.
Follow up: if you notice they replied to contact them… I did and they never responded. They replied like they were going to make it “right” but ignored me.
2nd follow up: sent two emails to their contact mentioned below and no response. They obviously don’t care.

Emerald Coast salad was good, probably 12 shrimp with great pesto. Regular size was a full meal.
Combo with Angry Bird flatbread and potato soup was good, too. Soup was hot, just waited a bit to eat, but better than being lukewarm.
Would come back.
Pricey, but no more than anywhere else.

So excited to eat here again visiting STL where we used to live and now from Jacksonville, FL and we had been craving crushed red for a few months. Same great taste and quality of food. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

Cleanliness is suffering, abundant gnats by the tea area, soda machine not working, and the hand dryer in the men’s bathroom is broken. The sandwich bread fell apart, making it hard to eat. This place used to be better.

Not good! Asked for more dressing for my salad because there was so little I couldn’t taste it. Guy was rude, and said there was a charge for it. Cashier laughed about the situation to the next customer. Lousy customer service! Not going back! The other crushed reds are much better.

Good idea, good concept. Easy for In-N-Out lunch. Servings are very small and pretty expensive. Food tastes decent, but I walked away hungry and spent a lot of money.

Really nice place and affordable. Very fast. We tried the artichoke dip appetizer, I highly recommend that. Also had the steak salad, shrimp salad and in the past I tried the pear salad. The pear is hands down, my favorite.
