Classic Coney Grill:
Ok the secret is out because I am going to tell! This is not a drive by place this is where you want to stop and eat delicious food often! I had a grilled chicken wrap which was excellent and a side of homemade lemon rice soup which honestly was to die for- from my first to last spoonful it was truly tasty! There was such an abundance of food on my plate I teased the waiter- that he needed to sit down and share it with me! (He said he had already eaten lunch lol!) The French fries were perfect too and there was so much on my plate I took 1/2 of it home. My boyfriend had the meatloaf special – there were 4 slices of meatloaf- mashed potatoes and gravy and I think a side vegetable however I was so busy with my enjoyment of my meal I didn’t notice. He said that it was very good! And he also had a side salad that was just-picked flavor fresh!
Honestly the best part was Edward our server- he was extremely polite, fast and efficient however he had such positive energy that the whole room almost glowed. I asked if I could do a review and both Andrew our chef and Edward posed for a quick photo. I don’t say chef nonchalantly Andrew made the food as a dare I say gourmet professional chef! Two young men and the restaurant was spotlessly clean and fresh, again our food was excellent, and they both were so polite!
I also took a photo of the large meeting area and will keep it in mind for a go to place. Thinking maybe a wedding or baby shower, or a family gathering, or business meeting.
I thought the price was reasonable- and we commented that the cost of a fast food meal was comparable yet this was SO much better tasting and healthier. This is 5-star restaurant food at a very reasonable price.

I order from here often and the lady that answers the phone is RUDE. No matter what the problem is she acts as if I’m bothering her by explaining it to her then she gets loud and hang up to get her point across. My last few orders have been horrible burnt, raw, greasy and over ripe fruit and let’s not start about the lack of condiments. Then they have the nerve to up the price of the delivery fee.

Went in for a Cobb salad. The waitress was on her phone the whole time. The salad didn’t have any romaine lettuce, it was all iceberg. I had to ask for dressing after telling her I wanted ranch. (only two people in the place) the soup was okay. Had lemon chicken. I heard great things about this place, but didn’t live upto expectations. Kinda mixed feelings. Not sure I would want to go back to try it again.

What’s not to love about a cheap, hot fast breakfast with good ham, thick cut rye toast, home fries and good cups of coffee. Oh, great friendly service too. If course there’s breakfast all day and a dollar more after 11 for the breakfast specials but still a great deal
