I need the name of the hostess, she is beyond wonderful, every time my Dad and I come there she’s so welcoming & gives good vibes. She takes great care of us, makes us feel welcomed, & is very professional. Next time we come in I am gonna write down her name so I don’t forget it & I will make another review. All servers have been great as well. The food is always good too. I shared a picture of what I had today & my Dad had breakfast food & loved it.

I haven’t been to Bob Evans in a few years. Tis visit was a pleasant surprise. I orded a salad which was super delicious.
Will order it again. The server was very nice and took great care of us. This was the Bob Evans in Westerville. Will definitely be going back again. There was 2 other people in my party and they were just as satisfied.

Country fried steak wasn’t bad. Haven’t been here for years and was hoping they still had the broasted chicken I liked, it’s longer on the menu. Bobby’s is still preferred over a Denny’s or IHOP to eat.

Stopped in here recently and overall had a good experience. I
ordered the Sunrise Burger and it was really solid juicy, flavorful, and put together well. The atmosphere was also nice: relaxed, comfortable, and a good place to sit and enjoy a meal.
The only downside was the homefries. They could have been cooked better a bit underdone and missing that crisp texture I was hoping for. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely room for improvement.
Service was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. I’d come back again, especially for the burger, and I’m hoping next time the homefries match the quality of the rest of the meal.

The hot chocolate with whip cream was delicious, the hashbrowns with 2 eggs amazing. The banana bread had a nice banana flavor and reminded me of homemade banana bread. However I will say the country fried steak was a little disappointing as I finally realized that there was barely any actual meat in it. Maybe the thinnest “steak” & mostly breading. I still gave 4 stars because everything else was as expected & delicious, the server friendly & attentive, even offered me hot chocolate to go!

This location is the slowest service. We went today for late afternoon early dinner. Not busy at all.
We were not greeted, host station empty, no one at the cashier station. We had to hail someone down. She was smiling or friendly. She seated us at a table so wet, threw our menus down and walked away. We were literally fanning the table with our menus to dry it.
Server was slow. Food took more than 30 minutes. We didn’t order anything special. Server was friendly but ZERO urgency. She didn’t check in after we got our food.
We over heard her chatting with customers next to us as the place started getting busy. She had her back to the entrance.
Didn’t seem to be a manager on duty. Even as it filled up no urgency from the staff.
On our way out we were left standing there waiting to pay. And again, had to hail someone down. She said “Im not good at the register, and she wasnt.
I had forgotten. I avoid this location and Hilliard because of the poor customer service and slow pace.
The food was ok. My friend tipped 20% in spite of the service. Won’t be back to this location.

Went in for late dinner last night. After being seated, which was a challenge because there were no clean tables, the first booth was obviously used to pile all the dirty dishes on from all the tables, not an appetizing atmosphere. After 45 minutes we had no silverware, no bread, and no food. BTW they were not busy. Staff seemed completely incompetent. Restaurant also appears to be a hangout for a local homeless person.
We have frequented this restaurant for years for breakfast, night and day as service is good, staff is good, and environment fine.
But we our done with this restaurant, too many other better options.

In all transparency they were plowed. Thanksgiving- to go order – 8:37 AM ET, promised for 8:56 and provided at 9:19. The order was placed in person, and the person taking the order said, it will be about 15 minutes.
From their limited menu, we ordered biscuits and gravy bowls with home fries. As you can see in the picture the containers were not filled full, one is almost half full.
We had to put the undercooked potatoes in the air fryer, heat the gravy in the microwave and then rehear them biscuits when the other items were up to temp. So now, it’s reheated Bob Evans. No apologies from anyone that it took so long.
There was no butter, ketchup or extra napkins included. No spoons included either. The 1 star is because after waiting 40 minutes we had to continue cooking the food and reheat the gravy and the staff not even offering an apology for it taking so long.
Do I expect it to take longer if they are busy, yes! Do I expect staff to know how long things will take? Yes, the manager should have advised them and they could have asked if we wanted to wait for an extended time. If we had know it was going to be a half hour we would have been better prepared. I can say that after waiting 40 minutes- my expectations were that the potatoes did not remastered raw and need to be cooked thoroughly.
This isn’t the first time we have had an experience similar, and why we don’t frequent this location.

Lots of new and very tempting menu items. As a diabetic I had to avoid most of them but if you have a sweet tooth like me and enjoy blueberries or apple cinnamon or a larger variety of desserts give Bob Evans another try. Breakfast for dinner as usual for me.

The food is average. It’s American fair that’s okay. I liked the turkey dinner, wasn’t the most flavorful but it satisfied my appetite. The pancakes were anomic in color but were fine. The sausage/bacon were as expected. The eggs were all overcooked but not horrible. The potatoes were fine. The biscuits/rolls were fine. Price was a bit higher than I expected for what you get. Overall it’s what I expected and just okay when you are in a pinch.
