Decided to come here with family on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty busy but it was also the time a lot of church services were letting out and that was to be expected. The food and service was good. The server was very polite. I got an iced mocha coffee with blueberry hotcakes and sausage links and was delicious and fresh.

In all transparency they were plowed. Thanksgiving- to go order – 8:37 AM ET, promised for 8:56 and provided at 9:19. The order was placed in person, and the person taking the order said, it will be about 15 minutes.

Showed up last night around 6:30. It wasn’t busy at all. Walked in, the staff visually acknowledged we were there…we waited to be seated. There were at least 4 staff not busy, but nobody stepped up to seat us, and they did see us standing there…waited 5 minutes and left…terrible and rude experience. They didnt even say anything as we left. Rusty Bucket got our business, which was delicious!

The food is average. It’s American fair that’s okay. I liked the turkey dinner, wasn’t the most flavorful but it satisfied my appetite. The pancakes were anomic in color but were fine. The sausage/bacon were as expected. The eggs were all overcooked but not horrible. The potatoes were fine. The biscuits/rolls were fine. Price was a bit higher than I expected for what you get. Overall it’s what I expected and just okay when you are in a pinch.

I was with a friend and we had to wait and wait and then had to ask a waitress to be seated. My friend asked for a biscuit with her meal. Had to ask again for her biscuit. I had pick two with a blt and salad. She asked how I wanted my chicken. I brought my salad home —- no chucked —- which I paid for. My friend tried to cut her chicken and it was hard and unable to cut. The worst service ever.

The food truck probably 20 minutes for us to get but the worst part was the food was terrible everything was old overdone and cold. We were going somewhere and had to be there at a certain time or I would have sent every bit of it back and I never do that. It will probably be a very long time if ever before I eat on another Bob Evans it was awful
